Description
The object of development is the technology of welding the circumferential seams of the heat exchanger chamber.
Purpose of development: Selection of technology for welding circumferential seams of the heat exchanger chamber, selection of power sources and welding equipment, determination of the economic efficiency of the selected technology.
To achieve this goal, an analysis of the chamber design was carried out, an analysis was carried out and welding methods were selected, the strength of welds was calculated, the design and technological equipment for performing ring joints were selected, technological documentation in the form of operational maps was developed, welding operations were normalized, an economic calculation of the welding technologies used was carried out, and safety issues of welding processes were considered.
The following results were obtained: A technology for automatic submerged arc welding during circumferential seam welding has been developed. Welding equipment was selected and technological equipment was designed. Assessment of economic indicators: the expected annual economic effect amounted to 2834,000 rubles. with an annual production program of 1,000 pieces.
