Description
The technological map was developed for the construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures (walls, floors, columns) of the building of the administrative and household building in large-panel formwork.
The technological map provides for the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures of walls and floors using aluminum large-panel formwork of the AOZT TsNIIOMTP (R.Ch. E119-2.00.000).
The building has the following structural solutions: foundations - strip of monolithic reinforced concrete; load-bearing walls - made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm; ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 220 mm.
The scope of works considered by the technological map includes:
- installation of formwork;
- installation of fittings;
- concreting of external and internal walls;
- concreting of floors;
- dismantling of formwork

Scope of JI
The process map was developed for the construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures (walls, floors, columns) of the building of the administrative building in large-shield formwork.
The Job Instruction provides for the construction of monolithic reinforced concrete structures of walls and floors using aluminum large-shield formwork of TsNIIOMTP AOZT structure (R.Ch. E1192.00.000).
The building has the following structural solutions: foundations - tape from monolithic reinforced concrete; bearing walls - from cast-in-situ reinforced concrete 200 mm thick; floors - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete with a thickness of 220 mm.
The works considered by the Job Instruction include:
installation of formwork;
installation of valves;
concreting of external and internal walls;
concreting slabs;
dismantling of formwork.,
Constructive solution
Horizontal structures provide geometric immutability in plan, transfer loads applied to them to vertical structures, participate in spatial work of the whole structure as diaphragms, prevent mutual displacement of unevenly loaded vertical elements. A monolithic floor acts as horizontal structures.
Vertical structures perform the main bearing functions, ultimately perceive all loads applied to the system, transferring them to the foundation. Vertical structures are walls.
The structural diagram of the building is mixed (with an incomplete load-bearing frame and load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete walls of cross-location). Monolithic reinforced concrete foundations of a mixed type: under the walls - ribbon, under the columns - columnar, under the group of walls - slab. Floor slabs are monolithic. The staircase is monolithic.
Method of installation of monolithic building frame
The complex process of erection of buildings and structures from cast-in-situ reinforced concrete consists of a large number of processes connected to each other in a single technological network, performed simultaneously and sequentially, and is an organizational and technological flow that requires careful preparation, high organization and coherence in the work of production, procurement, transport and auxiliary links.
At the stage of making a decision on the choice of a structural system of a monolithic building, the method of erection is determined.
As a rule, methods are used to erect monolithic buildings, which are traditional and repeatedly used in practice.
The construction method is based on the type of formwork system with all the technological features characteristic of it.
In our case, the frame installation will be performed in the following sequence:
Installation of large-panel formwork and reinforcement works
Concrete supply to the construction site by SS-92V-2 autobutter
Filling of walls using rotary hopper BPV01.0
Waiting for concrete strength
Removal of formwork
Installation of slab formwork
Fill the slab
Waiting for concrete strength
Removal of slab formwork,
