Introduction
The task of road transport is to meet the need for transportation within the specified time frame and in the required amount. To solve it, it requires vehicles of a certain type and a production base that provides their storage, maintenance and repair.
Course design is an important stage of the subject "Technical operation of cars" and has the following goals and objectives:
consolidation, improvement and replenishment of knowledge and skills gained in the process of training, in the organization of production, technology of maintenance and repair of cars, design of production zones and sections;
increasing knowledge of scientific organization of labor and design of motor transport enterprises;
Training in best production practices and skills in diagnosis, maintenance and maintenance of vehicles;
selection and analysis of materials of technological and design nature necessary for the performance of the diploma project;
developing the ability to analyze and logically justify engineering decisions.

Daily maintenance of cars - general control aimed at ensuring traffic safety, maintaining an adequate appearance, filling with fuel, oil, cooling liquid, for some - sanitary treatment of the body. Held before leaving the line or after returning.
The EO includes a set of such works: control, harvesting and washing, lubricating, cleaning and filling.
Labor intensity of harvesting and washing works is included in the labor intensity standards of EO. The rest of the work is done by the driver using the preparatory and final time.
Mandatory works performed with a frequency equal to the mileage to TO-1 and TO2 include lubricating and related cleaning, fastening, tire and other works.

Design Part
5.1 Purpose and scope of the accessory
The device is universal, designed for blowing compressed air of various modes of transport. Used on large ATPs
5.2 Operation principle of the accessory
The principle of operation is that compressed air is supplied from the air dispenser column under pressure, through air hoses it is supplied to the nozzles, and already through the nozzles directly to the guide nozzles made at an angle of 45 degrees, which ensures the complete blowing of all liquid from the surface of the car.
5.3 Calculation of accessory
Compressed air preparation
Compressed air is an integral part of most industries: food industry, medicine, industrial production, painting of cars, etc. The presence of condensate, oil droplets and mechanical particles in compressed air degrades the quality of the final product and reduces the life of the equipment. To remove moisture, oil and mechanical impurities, a system for preparing compressed air is created, which includes a cyclone separator, a refrigeration or adsorption drier and a set of filters.
The capacity is usually given either for suction conditions (pressure and gas temperature) or for normal conditions. Physical normal conditions: pressure 101.325 kPa (760 mm. rt .st), temperature 273.15 To (0 C), humidity of 1.293 kg/m3; normal conditions as per GOST 1244980 pressure 101.325 kPa (760 mm. rt .st), temperature 293 K (20 C), humidity of 1.205 kg/m3.
Based on the experience of operation and technical characteristics of pneumatic devices, the following values of inlet pressure are recommended: for nozzles, sandblasting devices, sprinklers, blowing nozzles, fluffing devices 0.2-0.4 MPa.
Conclusion
In the course of this course design, he designed the daily service area for 516 MAZ 105 cars, calculated the production program (= 175156 a/m), the annual scope of work (= 140austri.8 people), the number of production workers (= 77 people), selected technological equipment, calculated the production area = 468 m2, compiled a process map for the types of EO work.
He consolidated, improved and supplemented the knowledge and skills gained during training in the organization of production and technology for car maintenance and repair; deepened knowledge on scientific organization of labor and design of motor transport enterprises; Studied best production practices and acquired maintenance skills; learned to select and analyze materials of a technological and design nature.
