Description
A large-block 9-storey residential building is designed with load-bearing transverse walls of 38 cm thick concrete blocks. The floor height is 2.8 m, the thickness of the external walls of 38 cm concrete blocks is made of large-sized reinforced concrete flooring with round voids. Floor panels rest on transverse structural walls. Inter-room partitions are made of rolling gypsum board panels 8 cm thick, inter-apartment panels 8 cm each with an air layer of 4 cm. Balconies are designed, starting from the third floor, from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs laid during the installation of blocks. The weight of the balcony plate is 920 kg. The roof is flat with an internal drain of reinforced concrete rolling panels and slings along rafters.
