Description
- the design complies with the Electrical Installation Rules (PUE), 7th edition, and the SP 256.1325800.2016 standard system;
- the lighting pole layout plan was provided by the client;
Consumer technical specifications: - voltage level: 0.4 kV;
- calculated load: 1.250 kW; - power supply reliability category: III (third);
Key design solutions:
- lighting power is supplied from the existing transformer substation (TS);
- street lighting network power distribution is provided from the ЩОН (street lighting distribution panel) installed in the existing TS;
- equipment enclosures have an ingress protection rating of at least IP31;
- a dedicated electricity meter must be provided within the ЩОН panel;
- install a 220/12V voltage transformer to supply power for maintenance or local lighting;
Lighting network: - cable routes are to be constructed using AVBbShv-1 type cables; refer to Sheet 5 for the cable route plan;
- cable routes are protected along their entire length by double-walled corrugated HDPE conduit (DN 40 mm);
- use sealant at cable exits from the conduit to prevent the ingress of foreign objects;
- smooth-walled conduit (DN 50 mm) is to be used where the cable route passes under asphalt or other cable lines, or where it runs in close proximity to vegetation;
- cable lines are rated for operating load conditions and selected based on maximum operating current;
- a TN-C-S grounding system is specified for this project;
- the neutral conductor (N) and protective earth conductor (PE) must be implemented as separate cable cores, starting from the ЩОН panel;
- ground the metal lighting poles;
- - during wiring installation, ensure easy identification of conductors along their entire length via color coding, in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 2.1 of the Electrical Installation Rules (PUE);
