Gas-oil vertical-tube steam boilers with natural circulation of the DE series, capacity 4; 6,5; 10; 16 and 25 t/h are designed to generate saturated or superheated steam used for the technological needs of industrial enterprises, in heating, ventilation and hot water supply systems.

On the basis of the DE series boilers, the ME series boilers have been developed, having a 20% larger heating surface and greater efficiency.

Advantages

• Reliability in operation and increased service life.

• High efficiency - up to 93%.

• Possibility of boiler operation both in steam and in hot water mode.

• The boiler is transportable, supplied for installation in a single unit, easily mounted and connected to engineering communications.

Arrangement of DE series boilers, ME

The boiler furnace chamber is located on the side of a convective bundle equipped with vertical pipes, which are flared in the upper and lower drums, making them more repairable and reliable in operation.

The main components of the boilers are upper and lower drums, a convective bundle, front and side screens that form a combustion chamber.

Boilers with capacity of 4; 6,5; 10 t/h are made with a single stage evaporation scheme. Two-stage evaporation was used in 16 and 25 t/h boilers. First tubes of convective bundle and downhole non-heated tubes are brought to the second stage of evaporation.

Steam superheater of boilers with capacity of 6.5 and 10 t/h is made in the form of coil from pipes. On boilers with a duration of 16 and 25 t/h, the superheater is vertical, made of two rows of pipes, drained.

Steel or cast iron economizers are used as boiler heating tail surfaces.

Boilers are equipped with systems for cleaning heating surfaces when operating on liquid fuel.

Boilers have support frame transmitting all loads to foundation. Freedom of temperature movements of boiler elements is ensured by fixed attachment of the lower drum front support and movable attachment due to oval holes for bolts, which attach the rear support to the boiler frame.

Each DE boiler is equipped with two spring safety valves, one of which is a control valve. On boilers without superheater, both valves are installed on the upper boiler drum and either of them can be selected as a control. On boilers with superheater, the control valve is the overheater outlet header valve.

Operational parameters

Nominal steam capacity and steam parameters according to GOST 361982 are provided at feedwater temperature of 100 ° C during fuel combustion: natural gas with specific combustion heat of 29300- 36000 kJ/kg (7000-8600 kcal/m3) and fuel oil of grades M40 and M100 as per GOST 1058875.

Regulation range 20-100% of rated steam capacity. Short-term operation with 110% load is allowed.

Maintaining the overheating temperature of boilers with superheaters is provided in the load range of 70-100%.

DE boilers can operate in the pressure range of 0.7-1.4 MPa. In boilers designed to produce saturated steam without exerting stringent quality requirements, the steam capacity of DE boilers under reduced pressure to 0.7 MPa can be assumed to be the same as 1.4 MPa.

For DE boilers, the capacity of safety valves corresponds to the nominal capacity of the boiler at a pressure of not less than 0.8 MPa.

Feedwater and steam quality standards shall comply with the requirements regulated by the Rules of the Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia.

Salt content of boiler water in the first stage of boiler evaporation without superheater shall be not more than 3000 mg/kg, for boilers with superheater - not more than 2000 mg/kg. Salt content of boiler water of the second stage of evaporation shall not exceed 4500 mg/kg.

The average service life of boilers between overhauls with the number of hours of using the installed capacity of 2500 h/g is 3 years, the average service life is 25 years.

All boilers are fully assembled without pipe insulation. Submerged on the railway platform together with the attachments, the boilers fit into the 1B dimension, designed for cars allowed for circulation on the CIS wide gauge railway network.
