The project of the organization of technical service in the repair shop of OJSC "Novorogalevskoye"

This project is devoted to the design of the organization of technical service in the repair shop of JSC "Novorogalevskoye". It takes into account measures for increased operating time of repaired equipment, calculates production areas, equipment, staff, and calculates ventilation, lighting, and electricity consumption.

The project provides for an in-line method of repairing equipment with high equipment of technological operations, the latest equipment and advanced organization of workplaces, which make it possible to most effectively reduce labor costs.

To ensure clear and rhythmic work, specialized sections are organized. In the project, we paid attention to the washing of equipment, its units, components and parts, as a decisive condition for ensuring a high culture of repair production and improving the quality of repairs.

The production building houses all the main areas necessary for the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and machines for processing agricultural products.

The project provides for the introduction of the following measures for the maintenance of equipment that increase labor productivity, improve the working conditions of workers:

Multi-stage washing and cleaning of parts with synthetic detergents.
Organization of incoming control of spare parts.
Improving the quality of troubleshooting parts through the use of rigid meters, instruments, methods of ultrasonic flaw detection.
The use of electrified tools and pneumatic devices.

In the design development, the calculation of the stand for disassembling the assembly of engine cylinder heads is outlined, the introduction of which into production will mechanize manual labor and reduce losses for defects when repairing cylinder heads.

All measures introduced into production indicate that this workshop will provide high-quality and efficient repair and maintenance of all types of agricultural machinery and means of mechanization of animal husbandry, and the main technical and economic indicators confirm this.
