Introduction
The Automotive Service system currently has a fairly powerful production potential. Further strengthening of this system should include not only the commissioning of new facilities, but also the reconstruction of old facilities, intensification of production, growth of labor productivity and fund recovery, improvement of the quality of services due to the wide introduction of new technology and advanced technology, rational forms and methods of organizing production and labor.
The most important areas of improvement of maintenance and repair of cars are: application of progressive technological processes; improving the organization and management of production activities; Improving the efficiency of fixed assets and reducing the material and labour intensity of the industry; application of new, more advanced technological and construction projects and reconstruction of existing car maintenance stations taking into account the actual need for the types of work, as well as the possibility of their further phased development; Improving the quality of services and developing material and moral incentives.
The design of the bench I am developing on the basis of stand P 203 for disassembly and assembly of springs allows to increase labor productivity, and facilitate working conditions at the enterprise.
Description of accessory structure
3.1 Initial accessory
Model P 203 bench is designed to perform press work during disassembly and assembly of leaf springs (with the exception of those installed on especially heavy-duty vehicles), when replacing bushings in springs and brackets.
The type of stand is stationary, with pneumatic drive.
Power element of bench is cylinder connected to compressed air line. Operating pressure in the bench pneumatic system is controlled by pressure gauge.
The disassembled spring (a package of sheets assembled into the spring) is placed between the forked stop of the cylinder rod and the fixed stop centralizer. At overpressure of bushings one additionally uses tooling - bushing for fixation of root sheet eye.
Technical characteristics of Model P 203 bench are given in Table 2.1, general view of bench is shown in Figure 1.1.
