Description
A spray drying plant is a process equipment designed for drying liquid materials.
The working principle of the spray dryer is based on the fact that the liquid matter is fed to the spray nozzles, where it is sprayed into a radiation-like air flow. As a result, the water evaporates rapidly, and the remaining dry part of the product is removed from the drying chamber.
Spray dryers are widely used in various industries, such as chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc. Depending on the type of material and the quality requirements of the product, different types of structures and other technical solutions can be used.
