The production of milk powder is due to the longer shelf life of the product than conventional milk. Cow's milk is normalized, pasteurized and thickened. Then condensed milk is homogenized and dried on spray or roller dryers. At spray plants, milk is dried at a temperature of 150-180 ° C. Spray dryers are more popular with manufacturers due to their high productivity and constant quality of milk powder.
