Introduction
Along with the development of the production of building structures and products of full factory readiness, the construction of buildings and structures from monolithic reinforced concrete was widespread.
Practice confirmed the technical and economic advantages of the construction of residential and public buildings, individual elements and structures in monolithic and prefabricated monolithic design. Monolithic construction makes it possible to realize its resource-saving opportunities for improving the quality and durability of housing, the expressiveness of the architecture of individual buildings and urban planning complexes. A technical and economic analysis shows that in a number of cases monolithic reinforced concrete turns out to be more efficient in terms of material consumption, total labor consumption and reduced costs.
Its advantage can be realized primarily in areas with difficult geological conditions, with increased seismicity, in places where the full-assembly house building capacity is absent or insufficient.
Mass monolithic house building is moving from artisanal technology and minuscule volumes to modern construction methods and in-line construction. In conditions of market relations, with a shortage of housing and socio-cultural facilities in Russia, this effective method of house building, undoubtedly, has great prospects.

Source Data
The location of the designed building is provided in the "red" building lines at the intersection of Kommunarov and Turgenev streets and takes into account the development and reconstruction of promising residential development adjacent to the western side.
The main planning decisions of the master plan are due to the implementation of architectural and fire protection requirements, the linkage of design solutions with the surrounding development.
The main entrance and emphasis of the building is focused on Kommunarov St. On the adjacent territory, limited by the existing carriageway of the street, it is proposed to place pedestrian tracks and car parks for short-term storage of cars for 150 cars.
For access to the residential building, the main driveways are provided, the dimensions of which are taken in accordance with Table 8 of SP 42.13330.2011 "Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements. " Driveways are accepted with a width of at least 6 m.
Firefighting distances between the designed building and adjacent buildings and structures are provided for at least 6 meters.
When designing driveways and pedestrian paths, it is possible to drive fire engines and access firefighters from sliding stairs or car lifts to any room of the building.
The distance from the edge of passage to the walls of the building is 5-8 m. Fences, overhead power lines and ordinary planting of trees are not allowed in this zone.
Natural and climatic conditions
- area by weight of snow cover (SP 20.13330.2011) - I;
- wind pressure area (SP 20.13330.2011) - III;
-seismicity of the site (SP 14.13330.2011, OSR97A) - 8 points;
- soil category (SP 14.13330.2011, Table 2) - II;
-computed winter outside air temperature - minus 19 ° С SP 131.13330.2012 "Construction climatology";
-converting winds - easterly;
- normal freezing depth - 0.8 m.
Construction Site Geotechnical Conditions
From the earth's surface to a depth of 0.4-2.0 m, bulk soil everywhere lies, represented by loam semi-solid and refractory, with layers and nests of sand, with crushed stone and construction debris up to 5%. Age over 15 years.
Under the bulk soil at a depth of 0.4-2.0 m, humused solid and semi-solid loam lies and is traced to a depth of 2.4-3.3 m. The capacity of the humified loam is 1.32.1 m.
Under the loam humused to a depth of 13.5-16.5 m, alternating interlayers and lenses of loam mainly hard and semi-solid, in rare cases refractory, clay mainly semi-solid, less often refractory and plastic sandy. The power of interlayers and lenses is 1.8... 4.5 m.
At a depth of 15.0-18.7 m under clay soils, dusty sand with fine lenses and interlayers, saturated with water, medium density and dense, was opened. The sand, dusty to a explored depth of 20.0-30.0 m, is underlain by medium-sized sand with nests and lenses of gravelly, saturated water, medium density and dense.
Master Plan
The working design provides for the placement of a 16-story residential building in the center of the allotted area. Existing garages are being demolished. The main facade of the designed building is oriented to Turgenev St. Entrances to the building are arranged from the north (in a built-in office room) and south (in a residential building).
On the south side, an entrance is provided for a garbage cleaner. On the east side - entry into the box for the service car.
The access of fire engines is provided from the north and south sides of the designed building, with an indentation of 8 m from the edge of the roadway from the wall of the building.
The width of car passes is provided from 3.5 to 4.5 m. The coverage of car passes is provided from 2 layer asphalt concrete. The construction of the coating is shown in the Plot Plan drawing.
