Description
Service life of the drive unit
The drive to the scraper conveyor is installed in the factory shop and is designed to transport bulk cargo, work in two shifts of 8 hours, the load is not changing, the mode is reverse.
The service life of the drive is determined by the formula
Lh = 365LGKGtcLcKc
where LГ = 4 years is the service life of the drive;
KG - coefficient of annual use;
CG = 300/365 = 0.82
where 300 is the number of working days in a year;
tc = 8 hours - shift duration
Lc = 2 - number of shifts
Кс = 1 – coefficient of changeable use.
Lh = 365 4 0.82 8 2 1 = 19200 hours
We accept the idle time of the machine unit as 15% of the resource, then
Lh = 19200 0.85 = 16320 hours
We accept a working resource of 17000 hours
