2. General part

This project was developed in accordance with the rules of SNiPa 2.08.0289 * The area of ​ ​ the proposed construction of this project is the Republic of Tatarstan city of Naberezhnye Chelny, which has the following characteristics:

1. Climatic region II

6. Standard wind load is 30 kg/sq.m.

3. Architectural planning part

This project is a shopping center for 1000 people. It developed a facade, plans, sections and nodes.

The architectural planning part of each building must be compositionally linked and coordinated with the architectural and artistic solution of all structures and buildings near its territory. Achieving architectural and artistic unity in solving the entire public building is one of the main requirements for the appearance of public buildings.

In developing this project, much attention was paid to the plan, which led to its careful study.

A certain architectural originality of the facade was achieved due to the original selection of windows and doors.

Exterior walls.

External walls are made of large panels and are structural. Wall thickness is 640mm. The facades of the house are faced with Chelninka concrete tiles.

Interior walls.

Internal load-bearing walls are accepted by calculation of different thicknesses by height and are also load-bearing walls. Reinforced belts are arranged along the entire perimeter of the outer and inner walls.

Overlaps.

Floors are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels supported on two sides on bearing walls. In view of the mismatch of geometric dimensions of overlapped rooms with geometric dimensions of panels in some places, optional monolithic sections of individual development are made.

Partitions.

Partitions between living rooms are made of modular brick "on a rib" and reinforced 2 6 mm through 4 rows of masonry in height and plastered on both sides. Partitions in sanitary units (latrine, shower) are made of ordinary clay brick 65 and 120 mm thick, reinforced with 1 6 through 4 rows of brickwork in height.

Stairs.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete. Staircases are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along metal cones. The platforms rest on two sides on the masonry of the stair shaft. The marches are supported by both ends on the storey platform and the interframe .

Roof.

Roof of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs (prefabricated reinforced concrete prestressed slabs for covering production buildings ).

The coating is a 4-layer carpet according to a reinforced tie made of cement sand mortar. Insulation is accepted from aerated concrete, = 300 kg/m3 and laid on the coating panels.

4. Architectural and structural part

To develop the project, a wall structural system with transverse bearing walls and a frame panel system were selected. Particular attention was paid to the outer walls due to the increased requirements for the resistance to heat transfer of enclosing structures. Walls are a three-layer structure. The inner layer is made of reinforced concrete. The middle layer plays the role of an effective insulation, as which mineral wool mats are intended to be used. The outer layer is made of brick to betray the building with a beautiful appearance.

The floor of the designed building is supposed to be made of multistage slabs with a thickness of 220 mm (GOST 956191). On the floor, 100mm floors with an upper layer of linoleum are lost.

Reinforced concrete columns for supporting slabs. For co-connection with the foundation, the column is brought into a glass up to 1.05 m.

The slab is aligned with the roof. An insulator is provided to reduce heat loss therethrough.

The floor is arranged on the ground with a compacted base. Thermal insulation is also provided here.

Wooden windows consist of window block boxes, with internal opening and with paired binding. Inside the doors are wooden - deaf.
