1. General part:

The basis for the development of the shadow canopy is the following documents:

- task for shadow canopy design.

Shadow canopy is a necessary thing for kindergarten. Children need fresh air and frequent walks. The shadow canopy for kindergarten effectively protects against direct sunlight and rain. Children have a great opportunity to play in the shadows.

The cost of erecting this structure according to the estimated documentation will be - 157.709 thousand rubles in prices of the II quarter of 2010.

3. Architectural and construction solutions:

Climatic characteristics of the construction area

a) building construction area according to SNiP 23.0199 * refers to the II climatic area, subdistrict B.

b) ambient air temperature:

average coldest five-day period - 28 0С;

coldest days - 38 0С;

average maximum + 23.5 0С;

c) impact of loads in accordance with SNiP 2.01.07-85

Snow cover weight 1.26 kPa (126 kg/m2);

wind head 0.23 kPa (23 kg/m2).

d) standard ground freezing depth according to SNiP 2.01.0182 is 1.5 m.

Level of canopy clean floor is taken as reference elevation 0.000.

The foundations are based on sandy soils with design base resistance R 2.0 kg/cm2.

4. Design Solutions

The shadow canopy is a structure with a plan size of 8.0x5.0m. The height of the structure is 2.4m. In the low part of the canopy, the ceiling height is 1.8m.

The canopy frame in this embodiment is a metal frame made of a metal profile of square section: 60x4 and 80x4.

The connecting elements of the frame are the frame K1 and K2 made of a metal pipe of square section 40x2.

Concrete pillars 300x300mm B12.5 serve as foundations for the frame columns. Depth of foundation laying is 600 mm. The frame is attached to the foundations by M12 self-anchoring bolts. Additional supports - brick columns.

Rafters are made with a board of 200x50mm with a pitch of 1.0m. Attach the rafters to the frame with a fastening angle.

The covering is professional sheet C2110000,6 on furring from a board 22 x 150 with a step 300 mm.

Attach polycarbonate with thickness of 4 mm with self-cutting screws.

Paint all steel structures with PF115 enamel GOST 646576 for 2 times according to the primer layer GF021 GOST 2512982.

Welding shall be performed with electrodes of E42 type GOST 946775. The weld height shall be taken according to the smallest thickness of the elements to be welded.

Canopy floors - board 150x30.

5. Organization of construction

The Customer shall prepare the territory of the construction site for construction, ensuring the timely start of construction work, including transfer to the executor of work necessary for the construction work, ensure the supply of engineering networks, transportation of goods.

In preparation for the construction works, the developer and the executor of the works determine and agree on the conditions for the organization of the complete and alternate supply of materials, equipment, transportation, warehousing of goods and the movement of construction equipment on the territory of the construction site, as well as the placement of temporary buildings and structures.

Construction participants appoint personally responsible officials with their administrative documents (orders). The total duration of construction is 1 month. The maximum number of workers is 4 people. Construction shall be carried out in a process sequence in accordance with the schedule developed by the contractor taking into account the justified alignment of certain types of work. Seasonal work should be provided at the most favorable time of the year.

Before the construction of the structure: 1. Protect the construction site. 2. Perform cutting and storage of vegetal soil, vertical planning of the construction site, work on drainage.

At the construction site, it is necessary to maintain a general work log and the author's supervision log, draw up acts of inspection of hidden works, and draw up as-built documentation.

In preparation for construction, it is necessary for engineering personnel to study the design estimates, familiarize themselves with the construction conditions.

Construction works shall be carried out taking into account environmental and occupational safety requirements.

The Contractor shall provide access to the construction site to representatives of the developer, representatives of the State Control, author supervision and local self-government.

The Contractor shall ensure the safety of the works and ensure the cleaning of the construction site and the adjacent five-meter zone. Garbage and snow should be taken to places established by the local government.

Upon completion of the works stipulated by the design and estimate documentation, the construction participants, together with the participation of self-government bodies and state control bodies, carry out a final assessment of the conformity of the object completed by construction with the preparation of the acceptance certificate.

Construction participants shall be guided and comply with the requirements of SNiP 12012004 "Construction Organization."
