Description
Initial milk enters the drum through the central tube of the receiving and outlet device, where in the gaps between the intermediate trays it is cleaned from mechanical impurities. The purified milk is continuously removed from the drum by the pressure disk and sent through the discharge line to the production lines. The pressure of the purified milk is controlled by a valve and controlled by a pressure gauge.
