General Instructions

This project has developed working documentation for gas supply to the boiler house of the administrative office building of the Siberian Frontier PSK. The project is based on:

- Design tasks;

The documentation is developed in accordance with the requirements of the current standards:

Federal Law "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities No. 116-FZ of 21.07.97 (as of 07.08.2000, 10.01.2003);

Basic information on the boiler room.

The boiler room is designed to cover the thermal needs of the administrative-office building of PSK Siberian Frontier LLC.

By purpose, the gas boiler house is heating.

According to the reliability of heat supply, the boiler house belongs to 2 categories .

By placement - attached.

The boiler room for explosion and fire hazard belongs to category G.

The connected capacity of the boiler house is 0.16 MW (0.14 Gcal/h).

The installed capacity of the boiler house is 0.24 MW (0.215 Gcal/h).

Two hot water boilers manufactured by Kirovsiy Zavod OJSC are installed in the boiler room:

- KChM5 (six sections) complete with gas burner (GPU);

- KChM5 "Kombi" (seven sections) complete with gas burner (GSU).

Boilers with GSU are supplied complete with the automatic system SABK8110M.

The fuel for hot water boilers is natural gas according to GOST 554287 for industrial and municipal purposes.

A boiler house with gas fuel refers to hazardous production facilities (GCO), which is subject to registration in the state register in the established manner.

External gas pipeline.

Gas supply to the boiler house of the administrative-office building is provided from the existing high-pressure gas pipeline Du50 (project code 7220071GSN, executed by Diasib Project LLC in 2007). Connection point is provided along axis 4 at el. + 6.200 of the main housing .

The gas pressure at the connection point is 0.6 MPa, the gas flow rate to the boiler room and prospective consumers is 110 m3/h .

The gas pipeline of high pressure D89h3.5 is laid on the external wall of the main building (distance from window openings to the gas pipeline not less than 500 mm), on the existing support 4.0 m high and on the external wall of the boiler house (distance from window openings to the gas pipeline not less than 500 mm). When the gas pipeline passes through roads, the height of the gas pipeline is 5.0m .

General Instructions

Compensation for temperature extensions is provided due to natural angles of rotation of the gas pipeline route, U-shaped compensators with installation of fixed supports. Gas pipeline attachment to supports is provided by clamp.

High pressure pipelines D50 and D80 are provided from electric welded steel pipes as per GOST 10704.

It is provided to protect the external gas pipeline and supports with enamel or lacquer in two times in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.11 from atmospheric corrosion.

To reduce gas pressure from high 0.6 MPa to low 0.002 MPa and maintain it at a given level, there is a gas control unit GRPSH042U1 (JSC Gazapparat, Saratov) with two reduction lines (main and standby), with a gas pressure regulator RDNK400 outside the boiler room. Capacity of RDNK400 regulator is 600 m3/h. Gas pressure regulator is checked by calculation and provides normal operation mode of GRPSH042U1 at minimum and maximum gas inlet pressure. GRPSH042U1 is equipped with blowdown and discharge pipelines, which are brought to 1.0 m above the roof.

Technological solutions.

Working drawings provide for the inlet gas pipeline, GRPP, internal gas pipeline and gas equipment of boilers.

The total gas flow to the boiler house will be:

maximum Qmax = 20.0 m3/h;

minimum Qmin = 6.0 m3/h.

Boiler room operation is continuous, 24 hours a day, during the heating season.

The boiler room operates in automatic mode, with the constant presence of maintenance personnel.

In the boiler room, plenum ventilation is designed with a natural impulse with three times air exchange per hour.

Removal of flue gases t = 1600C from boilers is provided through Du250 and Du300 gas ducts by individual Du250 and Du300 chimneys with a height of 14.0m each. For an exception of formation of condensate in chimneys and flues and ensuring reliable work of coppers, chimneys and gas flues are isolated. Drainage is provided to remove possible condensate. Hatches are provided for inspection of chimneys .

Natural and artificial lighting is provided in the boiler room.

The boiler room must be equipped with primary fire extinguishing equipment in accordance with the standards of the Civil Protection and Emergency Service of Russia, posters with warning signs about the prohibition of the use of covered fire and smoking ("Do not smoke," "Fire hazard - Gas," "Foreign entrance is prohibited") should be posted at the entrance to the boiler room.

Internal gas pipeline

After entering the boiler room, the following are installed on the Du32 gas pipeline: KTZ00132 thermal intake valve, which stops gas supply when the valve temperature increases more than 720C (ambient 1000C); the locking solenoid valve of Du32 tipaKZGEM32 as a part of a control system of gas contamination of SAKZM, stopping supply of gas at emergence of dangerous gas contamination of the boiler house by CH4 methane or SO carbon oxide .

Commercial accounting of natural gas is carried out by the measuring complex SGEKVzR0.75-25/1.6 based on the RVG meter. Maximum measured gas flow rate at pressure Pinl = 0.6 MPa Qmax = 40 m3/h.

General Instructions

In front of each boiler, the following is provided: tie-in of the Du20 blowdown gas pipeline with a Dou20 ball valve equipped with a sampling nozzle with a Dou15 ball valve; shutoff valves of Du20.

Gas pipelines are provided from steel electric welded pipes according to GOST 10704, laid open, attached to walls according to the 5.90518.05 series "Gas pipeline attachment units and parts."

Gas pipelines have a system of blowdown pipelines from the most remote sections of the gas pipeline. Blowdown pipelines are equipped with D20 shutoff valves and sampling connector with D15 valve. The end of the purge is determined by gas analysis for oxygen content (less than 1%).

Completed construction of internal gas pipelines shall be tested for air tightness according to PB 1252903.

After completion of installation and testing, paint gas pipelines with water-resistant paint materials on two layers by two layers of primer in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.11. The distinctive colors of protective coatings shall be accepted in accordance with GOST 14202.

Ground the boiler room gas pipelines and valves to the existing circuit of the building in accordance with the requirements of CO 15334.21.1222003.
