Description
The universal lathe model Sinus 330D is designed for boring and turning, drilling and turning, unfolding and threading, trimming and processing the ends, and some other operations.
The design corresponds to the classical one, but the heavy, solid-cast bed of the machine is used as a basis. As in heavy lathes, the power connection between the motor and the spindle is made through a manual multi-plate clutch.
Features of this machine:
- removable bridge (320 mm) for machining workpieces with a large diameter (900 mm)
- high precision and uniform stroke with intensive processing
- large, large-sized bed on a massive solid cast base
- hardened rails (>HB 400)
- spindle hole 105 mm for machining long workpieces
- centralized lubrication system with manual control
- coupling for soft start-up in the processing of heavy workpieces
- automatic lubrication of the main spindle and main gearbox
- undercarrier protection
- Overload protection for worm and lead screw
- high caliper travel is possible in transverse and longitudinal directions
