Design Input
Norms of water consumption by consumers and instruments are accepted in accordance with SNiP 2.04.0185 "Internal water supply and sewerage of buildings" as per Annex 3. Take hostel with souls at all living rooms:
Justification of selection of water supply and sewerage system and scheme
3.1. Cold water supply system
The designed water supply system for the purpose is domestic and drinking. According to the method of use, the designed system is straight-flow. The building has a low water consumption, so one inlet is arranged.
By the location of the main pipelines - the network with lower wiring. Main lines are located under the ceiling of the basement of the house.
Entry into the building is enclosed in a sleeve. Water metering unit is installed at the input. Distribution line is installed behind water metering unit, from which water is supplied to each riser. Risers distribute water over the floors. The submarines supply water to the instruments on each floor.
3.2. Hot water supply system
A centralized hot water supply system is being designed, that is, the heating of the water is carried out at a separate central heat station. According to the method of use, the system is closed.
The hot water supply system is designed with artificial water circulation, which is carried out using a circulation pump installed in the central heat station.
Water circulation is carried out by direct circulation. A water meter is installed at the entrance to the building.
3.3. Sewerage system
The designed sewage system for the purpose is household and industrial.
Waste water entering the receivers enters the drain pipes through hydraulic locks, which prevent ingress of harmful gases from the sewage network into the room.
Sewage risers receive waste water from drain pipes on all floors of the building. Risers come out to the roof of the building in the form of exhaust pipes. Exhaust part is intended for ventilation of sewage system and for prevention of hydraulic lock failure.
The sewer beds are laid on the basement floor. The outlet combines waste water from individual risers and removes them outside the building. Through the outlet, the drains enter the yard sewage system, passing through the inspection well.
On the pipelines of the sewage system, inspections and cleaning are installed to eliminate possible clogging. Revisions allow you to clean pipes in both directions, cleaning - in one .
Substantiation of pipe material selection for systems B and K
For cold and hot water supply systems, metal polymer pipes of the Metapol type are used that meet the requirements of SP 4010398. Metal polymer pipes are accepted due to the convenience of their installation and long service life. Part of the cold water pipeline is made of stainless steel pipes (GOST 326275 * and GOST 1070476 *). Cold and hot water supply systems are introduced from cast iron.
The pipes of the yard sewage network are made of cast iron. Cast iron pipes of domestic sewerage system have long service life, withstand higher soil pressure. Indoor sewage pipes and risers are installed from polymer materials (polypropylene). Polypropylene has a long life, easy to install and easy to use. The ventilation sewer is also made of polypropylene.
