Description
Boiler room with vegetable storage.
The design parameters of the room microclimate (temperature, relative humidity) are accepted according to the process specification.
The building is designed plenum ventilation with mechanical motive, exhaust ventilation with natural motive. Air inflow is performed by overhead plenum unit manufactured by VTS. Design temperature of heat carrier of plenum unit heat supply system is 95-70 ° С.
In exhaust mines in the systems of natural ventilation of BE1, BE2 for strengthening of draft deflectors are installed.
In order to reduce losses of stored products, 3 modes of operation of the ventilation system are provided: medical, cooling, and the main storage mode.
In winter, the heat loss of vegetable storages is replenished using air heating combined with ventilation.
To maintain the specified technological parameters of the microclimate in the summer, the installation of local air conditioners (split systems) is provided in the vegetable storage room.
Technical characteristics of fans and plants are given in the table "Characteristics of heating and ventilation systems."
Air ducts shall be made of class H galvanized roofing steel (normal) as per GOST 14918-80.
Attachment of air ducts to construction structures shall be made according to series 5 .ui4-t, out 0 1 Attachment of slotted control grids to air ducts and construction structures shall be made according to series 1.494-21. Places of passage of transit air ducts through the walls and partitions of the building should be sealed with non-combustible materials, providing a normalized fire resistance limit for crossed fences.
