Introduction
Rotary motion modules are widely used in all fields of technology. In robotics, such modules are used as actuators of the movement of the working body and the movement of the robot as a whole.
The main units of this drive are: a motor that creates torque; a clutch for transmitting torque to the input shaft of the reduction gear box; reduction gear for reduction of engine shaft speed to the required one in actuating mechanism.
In this course design, it is necessary to design the rotary drive according to the following data: output shaft speed: torque on the output shaft.
Conclusion
In this course project, the rotational drive was calculated.
DC motor BC 1324 was chosen, the gear ratio was calculated. Based on the gear ratio, a three-stage reduction gear was chosen.
Parameters of gears, diameters of shafts, sliding bearings, coupling of engine and reduction gear box are calculated.
The kinematic error and dead stroke of the gearbox were also calculated.
Documentation has been developed (gearbox assembly drawing, drive assembly drawing, as well as working drawings of the carrier and gear wheel).
