Description
Modern conditions of the national economy are characterized by rapid development of production and the increasing use of high-performance machines in all sectors. This determines the priority of mechanical engineering, the task of which is to produce machines that facilitate the work of a person and increase his productivity. The production of machines is a complex process for ensuring that it is necessary to solve a set of tasks related to the technological preparation of their production, and implement the developed TPs in existing production systems - plants, workshops, areas, while ensuring the required quality of products at all stages of the TP. For TP developed during CCI it is necessary to design, manufacture or purchase the machine tools, assembly and control devices, auxiliary and cutting tools provided by TP. The cost of manufacturing the tooling is about 20% of the cost of the product. The use of machine tools provides increased labor productivity, accuracy of processing of parts, improvements in working conditions, expansion of technological capabilities of machine tools, reduction of physical costs of the contractor. Machine tools are additional devices for metal cutting machines used to install and secure workpieces and cutting tools. Machine tools are usually classified by type of machine tool (turning, drilling, milling, etc.). The main requirements for the devices are ensuring their accuracy, rigidity, compactness under the condition of maximum mechanization and automation. Multi-seat, semi-automatic and automatic devices, continuous processing tables, automatic and dividing tables for positional processing, multi-spindle add-on and aggregate heads, loading devices, etc. are widely introduced. In mass production, as well as mass production, fast-acting devices are of particular importance, maximally equipped with mechanized power and semi-automatic drives. In small-scale and single production, it is important to reduce the time and cost of preparing production in conditions of large nomenclature and frequent change of production, as well as the time spent on re-laying equipment, which is especially important when implementing group technological processes and organizing group flows in serial engineering. The listed requirements are best met by the readjustable group devices, SR and USP.
