Common part.
1.1 The design of the hairdresser's electrical equipment at the address is performed on the basis of:
- Specifications No. ___ issued by...
- hairdresser premises plans
1.2 When developing the project, the requirements of SP 311102003 "Design and installation of electrical installations of residential and public buildings" and the rules for the installation of electrical installations (PUE) of the 7th edition are taken into account.
1.3 The project proposes fundamental solutions for the selection and installation of electrical equipment. It is allowed to replace the selected equipment with other types of equipment having similar parameters and certificates of quality and fire safety of the established model of the Russian Federation.
1.4 During installation, clarifications and changes in the parts of cable laying routes, installation places of electrical panels and equipment are allowed, as agreed with the customer.
1.5 Detailed drawings are developed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and standards.
1.6 During installation, it is necessary to comply with PUE requirements regarding the color of cable strands insulation.
2. Electrical loads, electricity metering.
2.1 Supply of hairdresser loads is performed from the inlet switchgear (BRU) 380/220V installed in the hall (refer to l.5). VRU is made in the DIN standard with a module pitch of 17.5 mm and is equipped with equipment from ABB, has a hinged version and a degree of protection not lower than IP31. The height of the installation is 1.4m from the level of the clean floor.
2.2 Rated capacity of loadings of Ru =14.47kvt, rated power of Rr =4.93kvt, supply voltage 220B. For load calculation refer to l.2 .
2.3 Category of load on reliability of power supply - III.
2.4 ACU is performed with busbars L, N, PE.
2.5 Hairdresser's loads include:
- exhaust fans
- load of household appliances and equipment
- process electrical appliances and hairdresser's electrical equipment
2.6 Electric power metering is provided at BRU inlet by single-phase direct start meter.
3. Electric lighting
3.1 The design provides for working lighting of the premises, made in accordance with SNiP 230595 and taking into account the customer's wishes. Working lighting is made with lighting fixtures selected in accordance with the purpose of rooms and environmental conditions in them.
4. How to Run Electrical Networks
4.1 Connection of the VRU to the hairdresser is made by unsealing from the input of the VRU of the residential building to the metering point, by the cable VBGngLS3x10mm2. Connection is made through circuit breaker and ultrasound system installed in electric board room of house in hinged box.
4.2 Laying of group lines in the hairdresser is hidden. Passages through floors and partitions shall be made in sleeves (pipe sections).
4.3 The necessary explanations are indicated on the corresponding drawings
5. Grounding and safety precautions
5.1 The hairdresser has an earthing and potential equalization system. For necessary explanations and instructions, refer to l.6,7
5.2 Installation and grounding of power and lighting equipment shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 3.05.06.85 and PUE7.
