1.1 Introduction
The task of this diploma project is the development of a three-dimensional planning solution, reinforced concrete structures and technology for the construction of a multi-storey residential building with built-in premises for social and domestic purposes on Sorge Street, Kirovsky District of the city of Novosibirsk.
The purpose of the building is a residential building.
1.2 Initial design data
Place of construction: Novosibirsk. According to [1], [2], [3], [4], the construction area is characterized by the following climatic data:
- normative value of high-speed wind head for the III region: 0.38 kPa;
- Standard snow load for the IV region: 2.4 kPa;
- Estimated temperature of outdoor air in winter: -42 ° C;
- standard depth of seasonal freezing of soils: 60 cm;
- Seismicity of the construction area: 6 points;
- humidity zone: dry;
- construction and climatic zone: I c.
