Outdoor networks

The project provides for:

Power supply of the land area shall be performed by KL0.4kV with 5x10 mm2 VVG cable, length of 10 meters in the form of descent along the existing support No. 5 of the existing VL 0, 4kV from TP No. 939 f.1 with entry from the bottom into the BRU board. (see sheet No. 3). Cable section is selected by permissible current load, checked by permissible voltage loss, checked for permissible voltage deviation at the consumer.

Grounding and safety precautions

There are no fire hazardous and explosive areas and rooms.

In the existing building, steel pipelines are combined with GZSH.

To ensure safety during operation of electrical installation in the design

power supply of electric receivers from 400V mains with system type is provided

TNCS grounding (third and fifth cable strands used as protection PEC

conductor).

Components of the grounding device:

six vertical grounding conductors 2.5 meters long, angular steel 45x45x5 mm,

The connection of each open conducting part of electrical installations (if any) to the GWN must be made using a separate branch.

Portable electric receivers are supplied from sockets connected to group networks and protected by PE conductors of sockets protected by use of ultrasound.

In the area of RCD operation, the zero operating conductor has no connections with grounded elements and protective conductors.

The potential equalization system, re-grounding and protective conductors are combined on the PE bus (in BRU), which is the main grounding bus.

Connections of zero protective conductors shall be available for inspection.

Electricity accounting.

General requirements.

A three-phase meter shall be installed in the introductory switchgear to account for the active electricity released to the consumer for cash settlement for it.

Installation of metering circuits shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of Electrical Installation Rules. Schematic diagram of accounting organization is given on sheet No. 3

Technical support.

To organize the metering of power consumption in the BRU, install a direct-flow electric energy meter of the Mercury type 230 ART01 CLN 3x230/400V. The counter is designed to account for active electric energy in three-phase 4-wire AC networks with a frequency of 50 Hz with the possibility of tariff accounting for the zones of the day.

Organization of accounting operation.

The rearrangement, replacement, as well as the change in the schemes for the inclusion of accounting facilities, are carried out with the consent of the energy-household organization.

The owner of the power facility is responsible for the safety of the design meter, its seals and for the compliance of the power metering circuits with the established requirements.

During operation, the measuring instruments used to account for electrical energy shall be checked periodically.

The interval of electric meters is eight years.

Environmental protection

Designed electric networks do not have harmful effects on the environment, therefore, environmental measures are not required.

Organization of electrical plant operation.

The operation of electrical installations should be carried out in accordance with the obligations for maintenance and operation set forth in Article 543 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the requirements of "Maintenance of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers," the requirements of "Intersectoral rules for labor protection (POT R M016200D," other regulatory documents of Rotehnadzor of the Russian Federation.

The following requirements of "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers" PTEEP2003 and "Intersectoral Rules for Labor Protection (Safety Rules) during Operation of Electrical Installations" POT R M0162001, RD 15334.0-03.15000 2001g shall be met prior to commissioning of electrical installations.

1. - wiring shall be replaceable.

After installation of electrical installations According to the limits of company affiliation the networks (item 1.2.3 of CTEEP) are on the Customer's balance sheet and are operated by its personnel.

The use of electricity is carried out on the basis of the contract of the "Customer" with the department of electricity sales with LLC "PSK."

The limit of company ownership and operational responsibility is established by the Act of demarcation between the Subscriber and the power supply organization.

Lightning protection

This project is not considered.

Fire Safety Measures

Fire protection measures are designed in accordance with the requirements of "Instructions for designing fire protection of power plants" RD15334.0-49.1012003 for group 3.

Degrees of fire resistance of buildings and constructions are accepted according to St.87 of Federal law No. 123FZ of 22.06.2008 (for TP-3 gr.), and categories of productions - according to "The list of categories of rooms and buildings on fire and explosion and fire hazard" RD 34.03.35098.

Gaps between buildings and structures are accepted in accordance with fire regulations and requirements of RD 15334.0-03.30100 (VPPB 010295) "Fire safety rules for power plants."

Fire safety shall be ensured in accordance with the requirements of the "Instructions on fire safety measures during fire work at power plants" CO, 15334.03.3052003 as well as GOST 12.1.00496 "Fire safety. General requirements. "

Fire safety of electrical networks and electrical installations is ensured by:

- use of non-combustible structures;

- selection of equipment and electrical installation products corresponding to environmental conditions and nominal voltage;

- selection of grades and sections of wires and cables, methods of their laying that meet PUE requirements;

- automatic disconnection of K.Z. currents;

- protective grounding.
