Introduction
Today, more and more residents of the city prefer to leave noisy and dusty megacities, moving to the countryside.
It should be noted that sometimes the construction of private houses and cottages turns out to be much cheaper than buying an apartment, but their advantages are obvious: there are no noisy neighbors, constant dust and garbage, there is a spacious plot and a garage on the territory of the house.
The use of bricks in the construction of houses has a history of more than a thousand years, this is due to the high strength and durability of this material. And nowadays, brick construction is still relevant. The brick house is practical, reliable, high level of comfort and safety. Such a house can rightfully be called its fortress.
During the construction of brick cottages, the highest quality environmentally friendly material is used. As a rule, they build such houses on individual projects. Adding individuality to the exterior and interior of the house itself allows a wide selection of bricks of any texture and color.
As a rule, such houses are premium houses, quite expensive and designed to live in it all year round. There are many advantages in the construction of a brick house. First of all, such a house will serve more than one generation, without losing its high heat and sound insulation properties. At least such houses are subject to burning - this is one of the main factors that influence the choice of material in the construction of houses. The highest class of fire resistance is distinguished by brick and concrete, so their use in the construction of houses is a guarantee of their protection from fire.
Foundation. The brick house is the heaviest of all houses, so the foundation must withstand the load. These may be monolithic slabs or tape foundations.
Walls. This is a rather serious structure that must meet all the standards and requirements that are used in the construction of brick houses. Walls can be two or three layers. Porous brick or stone can be used as internal building material in wall enclosing structure. Insulation is laid inside and lined with brick. Floor view - prefabricated railway slabs are multistage.
Roof. At all times, the roof remains the same, it differs only in its coating. This type of structure is considered one of the most important and quite difficult stages of the construction of a brick house.
The place of construction is the city of Tver.
Source Data
Characteristics of the building
The site for the development of an individual residential building is located in a cottage village near the city of Tver. The land plot is 8.8 acres, it seems in terms of almost a square with dimensions of 29.91 x 29.43 m. The relief is calm with a slight slope. Vegetation - on the site there are shrubs that bear fruit trees. A street runs southeast of the site.
Purpose of the building - residential
Structure responsibility class - III
Fire resistance rating of the building - II
Durability of the building - III
Natural Construction Conditions Data
The city of Tver is located in the center of the European part of the Russian Federation.
The climate is temperate: the average February temperature is − 7.6 ° C, July + 18.7 ° C, the average annual rainfall is 653 mm. Tver has a mild climate, with moderately cool and quite long winters and mild, humid summers. Severe frosts or scorching heat are quite rare.
Soil - soup. Freezing depth 1.32 m.
Snow load 180 kg/m2.
Technical and economic indicators of the building
- total area, m ² - 227.37;
- useful area, m ² - 134.72;
- building volume, m ³ - 1186.2;
- efficiency factor of architectural planning of architectural and planning solution:
K1 = usable area/total area = 134.72/227.37 = 0.59;
- coef. efficiency of space-planning solution:
K 2 = building volume/usable area = 1186.2/227.37 = 5.22
Utilities
The building has all engineering networks and all engineering systems necessary for comfortable living have been established.
Water supply - drinking water from the citywide network.
Sewerage - domestic with waste water diversion to the external network;
Heating - water, centralized.
Ventilation - plenum with mechanical and natural motivation.
