Additional information

1. General Indications

This project is developed on the basis of the Customer's task in accordance with the requirements of PUE (ed. 6 and 7), SP 311102003 and GOST R 5057194 and applies to the power supply of an individual residential building located at: Moscow Region, Solnechnogorsk District, Golden Domes Settlement, section N250.

1.1. Food of consumers of the electric power is carried out from a board of account and a power switchboard of SS on one air input executed by a wire the VULTURE-2a 4х16. Supply voltage of 380/220V three-phase mains at dead-grounded neutral.

1.2. Consumers of electricity are: electric lighting, boiler equipment, household appliances connected to sockets.

1.3. Total installed power of electric receivers is Rust = 28.7 kW at design Ksp = 0.65 and cos = 0.93.

2. decisions adopted by the draft

2.1. A five-wire network for three-phase electric receivers and a three-wire network for single-phase electric receivers were used.

2.2. Electric receivers receive electric power from power distribution panel of SBS.

2.3. Design cable sections and rated currents of protection and switching devices are selected based on the installed power and operating modes of electric receivers.

2.4. For power supply of the socket network there is a dedicated single-phase three-wire electric network with a dead-grounded neutral voltage of 220 V, 50 Hz, performed by a cable of VBGngLS grade. Cable shall be laid in PVC and duct by walls.

2.5. For electric lighting power supply, there is a dedicated one-phase three-wire electric network with a dead-grounded neutral voltage of 220V, 50 Hz, performed by a cable of VBGngLS grade. Cable shall be laid in PVC and duct by walls. Place the lights as shown in the plan view.

2.5. To protect against electric shock during operation of electric networks and electric receivers, all conducting non-current-carrying parts of electric installations are occupied by connecting a zero protective conductor to the housing. For domestic consumers (washing machine, etc.), additional ultrasound devices (dif. Automat) with a nominal response current of up to 30 mA are installed. In the bathrooms, perform an additional potential equalization system by metal connection of the open conducting parts of all stationary electric receivers, well-left protective conductors of these electric receivers and plug sockets with third-party conducting parts. (metal bathrooms and shower pallets, metal pipes of water supply and heating, etc.)and connecting the third-party conductive parts in zones 1-3 to the same parts outside the bathrooms and showers. Connection of open and third-party conductive parts, zero protective conductors shall be made in potential equalization boxes (PIC), for which standard plastic boxes with copper bus for 8 connections shall be used. The boxes shall be hidden at a height of 0.8 m from the floor in area 3 of the bath. A protective conductor of the potential equalization system - PV1 wire with a copper core section of 4 sq.m. with green-yellow insulation and from the box to the electrical installation in PVC pipe with a copper core section of 2.5 sq.m. - must be laid to the grounding bus in each box from the PE busbar.

3. electricity accounting

3.1. Electricity metering is provided by the residential building electrical equipment design and is performed at the boundary of the distribution of balance and operational responsibilities between the subscriber and the power supply organization in the SCH metering board with a three-phase meter of the Mercury 230AM type for current 550 A.

4. installation instructions

4.1. The group network shall be installed in accordance with the schematic electrical diagram and wiring plans in compliance with the requirements of PUE and SNiPIII33.

4.2. To lay group lines of lighting network a cable of VVGngLS brand 3х1.5, group lines of rozetochny network - VVGngLS 3х2.5 in PVC and a box on the walls. Install terminal blocks for their connection in the places where the lamps are installed. Process equipment shall be connected according to the supplied documentation. Install lighting switches on the door handle side at a height of 1.0 m from the floor level. Color colour of wiring strands according to item 2.1.31 of PUE:

- zero operating - blue;

- zero protective - green-yellow;

- linear - red, black, white

4.3. Electrical installation works shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE (ed. 6.7) in compliance with safety measures according to SNiP III480 *.

4.4. The CB board shall be made with the degree of containment protection not lower than IP31. Electrical equipment installed by the customer in the bathroom shall have a degree of protection in zone 3 not lower than IPX1.
