Construction of precast reinforced concrete slab of multi-storey building slab.
Develop the design of a prefabricated slab of heavy prestressed reinforced concrete. Calculations for the first and second groups of limit states should be made for the stages of manufacture, transportation and installation, operation.
The floor, designed from prefabricated ribbed or multistage plates, provides for their installation on prefabricated girders.
Nominal dimensions, m 6.6 × 1.5.
Load (normative):
constant: = 0.6 kPa;
short-term = 2.2 kPa;
long-term part of time = 0.8 kPa.
Place of construction: Tyumen.
The strained class fittings: A600.

For odd digits of the first line of the cipher, a ribbed circuit of the plate is used, for even digits - multi-empty.

Calculation of the slab in the manufacturing stage
When calculating the slab at the manufacturing stage, it is necessary to check the crack resistance of the upper zone of the slab, as well as the strength of the concrete of the compressed zone from the prestress force, considering the most dangerous combination of loads and, taking into account the reduced strength properties of the concrete.
