Common part.

The power supply project for voltage 380/220V (TNCS system) of the designed gas station N131, located at the address: Ivanovo at the intersection of ul. Kuznetsova and Rabfakovskaya, was developed on the basis of the technical assignment.

The power supply of the facility was developed in accordance with the requirements of the "Rules for the construction of electrical installations" and other current regulatory guidance materials.

Category of electric receivers and electrical loads.

According to reliability of power supply according to Chapter 1-2 of PUE, gas station electric receivers belong to consumers of category I, III.

Consumers of category I of reliability of power supply include devices of fire and security systems, as well as video surveillance systems. This group of devices has a built-in power supply with automatic switching to protection.

The installed capacity of electrical equipment is 82.5 kW.

Design power - 75.0 kW.

Voltage 220/380 V.

TNCS grounding system.

Internal electrical equipment. Electric lighting

Power supply to the control room of gas station No. 131 is provided for by the existing cable line and is not considered in this project. Control power metering is provided by the "Mercury 230ART03 PC (R) IGN" electronic meter installed in the BRU, which is located in the office of the head of the filling station .

At the suggestion of the customer, on the outer wall of the control room building, install a plug connector with In = 125 A for connecting the diesel generator. Height of plug connector installation is not less than 1.5 m from ground level. Degree of protection of IP54 plug connector sheath.

For switching of food from the basic on reserve on input the BP3235B71250 switch with In =250 A is provided.

For power distribution the vvodnoraspredelitelny device of the LIE type of ShchMP4 IP31 type with the automatic BA8833 switch on input, group switchboards of ShchRn GRShch1, GRShch2, SV and SO and SMP and SMP control panels is provided.

Protection of electrical networks against an overload and currents of KZ is carried out by the automatic BA4729 (BA47100) and VKZ 22 switches installed in the vvodnoraspredelitelny device and group ShchRn switchboards and SMP.

The main process equipment is supplied complete with the commissioning equipment. As starting equipment for electric receivers, with which it is not supplied as a whole, the design provides for electromagnetic starters PML, MMI and socket sockets.

Main and distribution networks are made by cables of IWGng grade, laid hidden, behind the facade trim or inside non-combustible partitions from GCL.

Main and distribution networks are selected according to permissible long-term current, checked by voltage loss and compliance of cross-section with currents of protection devices.

The illumination of the premises is adopted in accordance with SNiP 230595 "Pure and artificial lighting."

The project adopted the following types of artificial lighting: working, emergency evacuation. Emergency evacuation lighting is provided at the entrances to the building with "SDBO" type lamps with built-in power supply.

Luminaires with fluorescent lamps are used as light sources in the premises of the control room, luminaires with filament lamps are used to illuminate auxiliary rooms. The adopted lighting levels of the premises provide comfortable working and leisure conditions. The lamps are of closed type, which prevents the lamps from falling out of the lighting fixtures.

The lighting panel is a board of the type ShchRn of hinged design. Degree of protection of IP31 board.

Group lighting and socket networks shall be made with IWGng cable laid hidden behind unburned suspended ceilings along unburned base; hidden, replaceable in PVC pipes in wall structures and inside non-combustible partitions from MCP. Group lighting networks are selected by permissible long-term current, checked by voltage loss and compliance of section with currents of protection devices.

Protection of electrical networks from overload and short circuit currents is carried out by automatic switches installed in lighting boards.

To control the external lighting and light advertising from the photosensor, it is provided to install a shield of the MSH1 type with a photorelle.

Protective electrical safety measures, boring.

To protect people from electric shock, all metal enclosures of electrical equipment, process equipment, lighting fixtures that are not normally energized should be drilled. Use a protective conductor to make sure you are busy. TNCS is provided. For electrical and fire safety, the project adopts the installation of switches with combined protection (VKZ 22) on socket groups, and disconnection of ventilation systems in case of fire is provided.

Perform the main potential equalization system at the input to the building by connecting the following conductive parts:

- zero protective PENconductor of the supply line;

- grounding conductor connected to the re-grounding grounding conductor at the input to the building;

- metal parts of ventilation system;

- grounding device of lightning protection system;

- metal communications introduced into the building.

Connections of said parts shall be made with PV3 conductor of 35 mm2 section in PVC pipe by connection to "PE" of BRU bus.

An additional potential equalization system is provided, which connects the protective contact of sockets located in rooms with high humidity with the PE bus of the BRU. The connection shall be made by PV3 1x2.5 wire laid in PVC corrugated pipe in baffles from MCL.

Lines of group socket and lighting networks, laid from BRU and SW to lighting fixtures and plug sockets shall be three-wire.

Connections and connections of the potential equalization system shall be reliable and ensure continuity of the electrical circuit.

Electrical installation works shall be performed in accordance with PUE and SniP3.05.0685 "Electrical devices."

Lightning protection

According to "The instruction on the structure of lightning protection of buildings, constructions and industrial communications" CO153 34.21.1222003 gas stations belong to the class of the special objects constituting danger to a direct environment and is subject to lightning protection on the II level. Lightning protection at this facility is existing and is not considered within the framework of this project.
