The building in which the cafe is located is a two-story, brick, reinforced concrete floors, brick partitions. The functional hazard class of the cafe premises is F3.2, II degree of fire resistance. The total area of 576 square meters, ceiling height - 2.8 m. The reconstruction provides for a change in the purpose of the premises with the construction of newly designed partitions made of silicate brick or concrete blocks, the installation of a separate system of plenum and exhaust ventilation with mechanical inducement, the adaptation of existing engineering networks of water supply and sewerage with the installation of additional plumbing devices according to the technological project. The company works using small-sized specialized equipment and production equipment. Noise generating equipment will not be used. Technological decisions are made based on the following conditions: 1. Work in the cafe is supposed to be at semi-finished products. 2. The cafe has a mode of operation: - from 12.00 to 04.00. 3. Shift mode of personnel operation in accordance with the staffing table - 6 hours per day - 5 days per week. 4. The maximum staff of one shift is 10 people.
