Introduction
The working design of the heat energy and coolant metering unit was developed on the basis of the following documents:
Specification of Power Supply of OJSC "Mosenergo" POS from.
Customer Terms of Reference
Procedure for determination of maximum and minimum coolant and water flow rates at heat stations when selecting heat and water meters. M.A. Lapir, Office of Fuel and Energy Economy of the Government of Moscow, 27.10.98;

SP-41-101-95. Design of heat stations;
SNiP 2.04.0284. Hot water supply.;
Rules for the use of thermal energy. PR347001085.;

4. installation requirements
Placement and installation of instruments included in the thermal energy metering and control unit should be carried out in exact accordance with the manufacturer's technical documentation (passport, technical description, installation, start-up, adjustment and operation instructions). When installing the meter, the following mandatory conditions must be met:
the primary flow converter is installed on a horizontal, vertical or inclined pipeline, provided that the entire volume of the primary converter pipe is filled with the measured medium under operating conditions, and the line of electrodes of the primary converter is horizontal;
when installing the meter after taps, shutoff valves, transitions from one diameter of the pipeline to another, filters and other devices immediately before the meter, it is necessary to provide a straight section of pipelines with a length of at least 3 Du, and after the meter - at least 1 Du, where "DU" is the diameter of the conditional pipeline passage of the selected meter.
the meter must be positioned so that the direction indicated by the arrow on the meter body coincides with the direction of water flow in the pipeline;
when installing the primary converter, it is necessary to electrically connect its flanges to each other, as well as each of its flanges with the corresponding mating flange of the pipeline;
installation of thermal transducers on pipelines shall be identical: the same diameters of pipelines, the same speeds and flow profiles;
to protect the temperature transducers from increased pressure and speed, they are mounted in the protective sleeves included in the delivery package; prior to installation of thermal transducers, protective sleeves are filled with transformer oil.
Installation of thermal transducers is carried out by KMM 4 × 0.35 cable, primary flow transducers KMM 2 × 0.35; IVB to the automatic control unit on the power panel with PVS 3 × 2.5 cable. Cables shall be installed in metal jackets and metal pipes as per electrical connection diagram .
Sealing of instruments
Preparation for sealing is carried out by the installation organization. After installation, adjustment, acceptance of metering unit are to be sealed:
thermoelectric transducers - head and place of insertion into sleeve;
primary flow converters;
heat meter board with power supply unit (metering device cabinet).
