Introduction
The main task of road transport is the full, high-quality and timely satisfaction of the needs of the national economy and the population in transportation at the lowest possible cost of material and labor resources. The solution of this problem requires the predominant development of public road transport, an increase in cargo and passenger turnover, an enlargement of the material and technical base and an improvement in the maintenance and repair of rolling stock.
The labor and material costs of maintaining the rolling stock in a technically serviceable condition are significant and several times higher than the costs of its manufacture. In turn, ensuring the serviceability of rolling stock is closely connected with the development of the production and technical base (PTB) of road transport.
The development of PTB of road transport enterprises is associated with the construction of new, expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing enterprises.
Mechanization of work under TR serves as the basis for increasing production efficiency, improving working conditions, improving its safety and contributing to solving the problem of labor productivity growth. Proper management of the technical condition of cars also plays a large role in ensuring the failure-free operation of the rolling stock and reducing TR costs.
Diploma design is also aimed at developing the skills of critical evaluation of existing equipment and devices used in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of cars, developing engineering abilities and the ability to show independence in determining specific tasks for the organization, design and construction of ATP elements, use and maintenance of cars in various operating conditions.
In the diploma project, it is necessary to improve the organization and technology of TR at a motor transport enterprise. The enterprise must carry out, in accordance with regulatory documents, measures for the protection of labor and nature, as well as create conditions for the safe work of people, which is also considered in the project.
The economic section is devoted to the assessment of the profitability of capital investments and the payback period of the project, where the economic calculation of the reconstructed TR section is carried out .
General part
1.1The nature of the enterprise
OJSC Borisov AvtoHydropower Plant is a specialized enterprise producing steering gears, hydraulic amplifiers, cylinders and other components of automotive chassis for a wide range of automotive vehicles (from cars to heavy vehicles).
In the entire history of its existence, the company has constantly expanded the range of products, improving its technical and quality characteristics. At the present stage, the company is the leading supplier of the head of the largest automakers of the CIS countries. Modernization and application of the latest technologies in production, improvement of quality and consumer properties of products, introduction and improvement of modern management systems remain priority areas for the plant.
The enterprise of OJSC Borisov Plant AvtoHydropower has existed since 1971. The company OJSC Borisov AvtoHydropower Plant uses cars of various brands and purposes: buses, trucks of different carrying capacities, mainly for the transportation of components and finished products.
Conclusion
During the design, the following tasks were completed: theoretical knowledge and practical skills obtained during the training period in the specialty are fixed; mastered the ability to use advanced experiments and techniques of production innovators; the ability to independently work with educational and reference literature, normative materials, GOST, as well as perform technological calculations and graphic works; developed abilities for research in a particular area of production.
In the diploma project, the annual production program was calculated, the annual scope of work was calculated. Based on these calculations, the D-1 diagnostic area was designed.
The necessary equipment was selected. The equipment is arranged according to the process in the compartment and the necessary standards.
In the diploma project, an economic justification of technological solutions was carried out, according to which, the payback period of the design was 4.5 years, net profit - 48,000,000 rubles, profitability - 21.2%.
In the diploma project, the D1 diagnostic section was designed, a special device was developed to check the tension of the hydraulic booster pump belt, and a process list was drawn up for checking the steering gear of the MAZ 6430 car.
