7. The laying of the gas transmission pipeline is carried out in the ground with a sufficient slope and a minimum coating of 1 m. If necessary, the unevenness of the terrain is leveled, and an earthwork is created for the route of laying. At the same time, the maximum depth of the laying should not exceed 2.5 m. Gas transmission pipelines are laid around the body of the landfill and in the body of the landfill. When laying pipelines in untouched soil, the slope can be up to 0.5 - 1%. Gas transmission pipelines are made of HDPE at a pressure degree of PN 10 bar.

9. Landfill gas and most of the methane is collected from the body of the landfill through gas blowing stations (GDS) built into BPTG-1, GDS after BPTG-1 and GDS for BPTG-2. The installations are installed on a horizontal platform on the territory of the administrative and economic zone.

10. Block gas treatment points and gas blowing stations BPTG and GDS is a separate non-capital structure of container type in the factory design, connected by a single technological process with built-in Torches. GDS carry out constant regulated collection and transportation of landfill gas from the landfill to the Flare and the energy center. The project documentation provides for the installation of two gas compressor stations with a capacity of 3000-3250 m3 / h and a built-in BPTG-1 capacity of 3000-3250 m3 / h. The capacity of BPTG and GDS corresponds to the expected maximum volumetric pumping flow and provides the desired degree of collection. The plant includes all the mechanical and electrical parts of the plant necessary for pumping, controlling, monitoring and neutralizing. BPTG and GDS are supplied in the form of ready-made units for connection and are installed on the prepared site. The test is carried out at the manufacturer's site, so that only the landfill gas and electricity supply is connected on site, and commissioning works are carried out in accordance with the operating parameters.
