Description
The aim of this graduation project is to design the thermal section of the assembly shop based on LLP "KarGorMash". The project includes an analysis of the existing equipment, the possibilities for its modernization, and the application of advanced gas cementation methods.
The first chapter presents the production program of the section, where the main calculations and justification of general solutions were carried out. Based on the obtained results, the necessary equipment was selected, followed by a description of the layout of the designed section, the graphical representation of which is presented on the first two pages of the diploma project.
The second chapter includes the development of the technological process and route diagrams for the production of nomenclature products, as well as the selection and development of the technological process for the representative product – the shaft gear of the hydraulic motor. The advantages of the heat treatment technology of hardening with tempering of steel 40XH are shown in comparison with the cementation of steel 12XH3A. The drawing of the part is presented with technical requirements on the third page. The route technology for manufacturing the shaft gear of the hydraulic motor and the thermal processing schedule of the shaft gear with microstructure are presented on the fourth and fifth pages.
In the third chapter, the selection of the main technological equipment and the thermal technical calculation of the shaft electric furnace for hardening were made. The overall view of the furnace is presented on the sixth page. The mechanism for the furnace lid is presented on the seventh page.
