In this project, the power supply of the complex of facilities of the BU 3000/200 EUK1M drilling rig and the camp were resolved.

The basis for the development of this project are:

design assignment;

Specification No. E640/21 dated 15.04.2021 issued by Gazprom Khantos LLC.

Purpose, structure of electrical installation and power supplies:

the maximum power of the connected power receiving devices of the drilling rig: 2250 kW (including the shift camp).

installed power of the shift camp: 275 kW.

design power of the camp: 200 kW.

operating mode of electrical installations: round-the-clock.

load character: sharply variable.

power supply reliability category: 3.

Type of current conductor system:

~ 6 kV three-phase three-wire;

~ 380/220V three-phase four-wire;

~ 380/220V three-phase five-wire.

Power supply:

accession point: KL 0.4 of kV from 2KTPNU35/0,4 of kV of "K430 of item 1", VL35 of kV f. DNS51, 2, PS110/35/6 kV EmEgorovskaya (TU No. E640/21 dated 15.04.2021 issued by Gazprom Hantos LLC).

50 Hz alternating current.

Technical solutions

The technical solutions adopted in the project of power supply of drilling rigs at oil and gas fields in Western Siberia comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygiene, fire protection and other regulations in force in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure environmental protection, safe for life and health of people operation of a linear facility, subject to the measures stipulated by the project.

A typical solution for power supply of drilling rigs at oil and gas fields in Western Siberia was developed on the basis of a technical assignment approved by the Deputy Director for Production Support of NF JSC SSK. This solution was tested when drilling bushes at fields in Western Siberia. The cluster site has designed a 35/6 kV PS or a 6 kV stand-alone power supply with its own 6 kV switchgear.

The project considers the solution of using a typical BU 3000/200 EUK1M drilling rig at oil and gas fields in Western Siberia.

The project provides for:

power supply of the drilling rig for 6 kV voltage, which includes: KL-6 kV from the power supply, VL6 kV from the power supply, 6 kV input high-voltage cell, 6 kV cable line to RU6 kV of the drilling rig;

power supply of consumers with 0.4 kV voltage of networks and communications, as well as watch camp with 0.4 kV cable lines;

power supply of plants operating in emergency response mode and in post-accident mode from their own emergency power supply source;

lightning protection and grounding of the bush site process units during the drilling period.

The design load of the drilling rig is presented in the customer's materials. For VU 3000/200 EK1M, the design capacity is 3.69 MW. This is the design load of the heaviest mode of operation of the drilling rig - drilling itself, when drilling pumps and most auxiliary mechanisms work. Annual electricity consumption in the field bushes at Tgod = 4500 hour.

From 2KTPU35/0.4 kV to the support with RLK10 on the cluster site, KL-6 kV of temporary design is designed for the newly constructed cable rack with a cable of KGExl grade.

On the cluster site from the support, an VL6 kV of capital design or on mobile supports is designed to an input high-voltage cell of the YAKN6 kV type, which is mounted on a sled. If necessary, anchor supports or braces shall be installed.

Power supply from RLK10 to RP 6kV of the drilling rig is carried out via high-voltage cable of KGEkhl grade (KGET) laid along a temporary rack.

Power supply of 0.4 kV loads of the drilling rig, residential and industrial cars is carried out by 0.4 kV cable of KGxl grade from the auxiliary transformer with 6/0.4 kV voltage of the drilling rig. In case of an increase in the load of the camp to Rsch = 200 kW, the supply of residential and industrial cars can be carried out from the auxiliary transformer of the drilling rig 6/0.4 kV.

Cables shall be laid by cable rack.

The power supply of the drilling rig loads at 6 kV voltage from the RP 6 kV of the drilling rig is solved by the projects of the electrical part of the drilling rigs and is not covered in this project.

The determination of construction volumes, land taps and clearing of clearings by the project is not decided.

6 kV cable line

The area according to climatic conditions corresponds to 2 in ice and 2 in wind.

From PS110/35/6 kV EmEgorovskaya, VL-35 kV DNS51, 2, 2KTPNU35/0.4 kV "K430 p.1" to No. 1 support cable line 0.4 kV is designed. KL 0.4 of kV is mounted on again constructed cable rack. Attach 0.4 kV cable to the support using brackets using gaskets made of elastic material. OPN6kV are installed on the support.

The number of supports of the constructed 6 kV cable rack passing through the territory of the cluster site depends on the number of wells in the bush and the size of the cluster site.

6kV overhead line

The area according to climatic conditions corresponds to II in ice and II in wind.

The designed VL6 kV is provided on metal supports made of spent and rejected drilling pipes according to the typical series 4.0639, developed by the Selenergoproekt Institute, which satisfy the normative loads for this construction area.

The source of power supply of the drilling rigs of the well bush is KTPNU0,4/6kV, located at the bush or a temporary independent power source at the base.

Linear disconnector is installed on support No.1.

The design accepts a support with a height of 8 m, based on the maximum sagging boom at the lowest point of no more than 7 m. Supports on the territory of the cluster site are installed at a distance of no more than 50 meters.

According to PUE (para 2.5.15), the following permanent signs shall be affixed on VL6 kV supports at an altitude of 2.53.0 m:

sequence number on all supports from the power supply;

warning posters;

feeder name and number.

For the base for supports, sleds or piles made of casing metal pipes with a diameter of 168 × 8.9 mm are adopted.

Fastening of a wire on support is carried out on pin ShF10G (ShS10) insulators, on ankerouglovy, trailer and intermediate support (in places of crossing with the highway of local value) - double knitting of a wire is applied.

Minimum micro-discharge voltage of pin insulators shall correspond to Table 2.5.14 of PUE.

Minimum distance between phases on the support for HF up to 10 kV - 22 cm (PUE2.5.19)

Taking into account wind loads, the distance between the phases on the support is assumed to be 50 cm.

To make fastening of the insulators ShF10G to pins of the metal VL6kV support with application of caps of PVC of K-7 brand.

Install the disconnector drives at a height of 1.8 m from the ground level.

The construction of intermediate and anchor metal supports VL6 kV is painted twice with paint of grade GF021 (primer, surik), the pile base is painted only above the ground surface.

The design provides for the installation of an introductory high-voltage cell up to KRU6 kV installed in the rig echelon.

Electric power is supplied from high-voltage cell to KRU6 kV of drilling rig via cable line of 6 kv made by cable of KGEkhl grade (KGET). The cable is laid on the temporary cable rack.

An electrical equipment maintenance platform was designed for the installation of the complete transformer substation, piles made of casing metal pipes with a diameter of 168x8.9 mm were accepted for the base for the sites. The height of the working floor of the service site from the ground level is 1.2 m. The working floor of the service site is made of penetrating sheet. The fence is made of a 50x50 mm steel angle at a height of 1.2 m from the level of the service platform working floor. Baffle fence is made with steel tape 150x2mm.

The construction of the maintenance site is painted twice with GF021 paint, the pile base of the site, painted only above the ground surface.

Grounding of temporary supports is performed by connection of sleds with diameter of 12 mm by round steel, on which supports are installed, to grounding conductors passing along the soil surface along the rack to the water intake well.

The grounding of the anchor supports, supports with RLK10 disconnectors installed on the sled are piles (3 × 168) connected to each other by a grounding conductor (rod ∅18). The maximum resistance of the grounding electrodes of the metal supports VL6 kV with the electrical equipment installed on them should be no more than 10 ohms (PTEEP Table 35).

For intermediate supports VL6 kV, metal piles from spent drill pipes in uninhabited terrain fully provide the necessary minimum grounding resistance and do not require additional grounding devices.

All connections are made by electric welding. The weld as per GOST 526480 shall be not less than 6 cm.

6 kV temporary cable rack, overhaul supports, 0.4 kV temporary racks and grounding are removed and removed from the cluster site.

Dismantling works are performed by the contracting organization.

Construction solutions

Structures of mobile supports are made on the basis of metal supports from spent drilling and rejected casing pipes developed by the Selenergoproekt Institute (Moscow) in arch. No. 4.0639.

Supports are designed for power supply of drilling rigs of wells of oil and gas fields of Western Siberia, located in the II district in the wind (q = 10Krc/M), II district in ice (c = 10 mm). The upper part of the supports is made using the drawings of arch. No. 4.06392, in which the pipe with a diameter of 146x7.7mm is replaced with a pipe with a diameter of 127x9.2mm.

Supports are fixed on metal sleds made of pipes with diameter 127x8mm (GOST 873278 *).

Support post is inserted into sleigh cup till fixing rest on transverse element of sleigh. So that the post does not rotate in the sleeve, it is fixed by welding.

All support of braced type are executed by one principle: a rack, a strut, fastening of a rack and strut to glasses of the sleigh.

Support are made of metal pipes by diameter 127kh9,2mm (GOST 63280 *) groups of durability of.

Parts of structural elements of supports made of sheet, angle and channel rolled stock shall be made of steel C3453 (GOST 2777288 *).

Welding of structural elements of supports shall be performed in accordance with the recommendations of the E.O. Paton Institute of Electric Welding

To ensure the stability of the sleigh, the supports are additionally loaded.

YAKNO units are installed on mobile sleds, provided by the manufacturer.

Routes and Key Technical Solutions

External power supply of field electrical equipment at the bushes of oil and gas fields in Western Siberia is provided for by one single-chain VL6 kV from the connection point to BKRU6 kV.

Specifications for power supply of drilling rigs shall be issued by the power supply organization.

The overhead power transmission line with a voltage class of 6 kV is made on metal supports from spent and rejected drill pipes according to the typical series No. 4.063 9, developed by the Selenergoproekt Institute.

On VL6kV it is provided to install the line disconnector 6 kV - on the support VL - 6kV No. 1.

Lightning protection

The design adopts the lightning protection system of the factory ready drilling rig, which should be connected to the main grounding device.

Additional measures, according to the documentation of the manufacturer, are not required.

Warehouse fuel and lubricants is protected by core lightning rods 15.9 m high. To execute arrangement of lightning rods, according to sheet 7 of working drawings 03/2021005ES.

The protection areas of the core lightning rods are designed according to the protective angle method according to C015334.21.1222003 and the rolling sphere method according to the IEC 1EC 1024 recommendations.

According to RD 34.21.12287 buildings are carried on the structure of lightning protection to 3 categories and is protected from direct strokes of a lightning and a drift of high potentials through land metal communications and underground metal services. To protect against secondary lightning and static electricity:

metal housings of all equipment and apparatus are connected to the grounding device;

pipelines and other metal structures in places of their mutual approach for distances less than 0.1 m, every 30 m are connected by bridges; normal tightening of at least four bolts (studs) for each flange shall be provided in flange connections of pipelines.

Protection against static electricity of process and ventilation equipment is performed by connecting the framework of process equipment to the grounding device in the places provided for this by the manufacturer. To protect against skid of high potential, external ground (above ground) communications are connected at the entrance to the building or structure to the ground conductor of the protection against direct lightning strikes, and at the communication support closest to the input - to its foundation.

To protect against overvoltage in YAKNO6 kV, KRU6 kV VU, overvoltage limiters are provided, on the end supports on sleds No. 14 of the designed VL6 kV, overvoltage limiters are provided.

Lightning grounding and electrical grounding shall be combined into a common system using a potential equalization system.
