Project for the building of a childrens and youth school of creativity with a total area of ​​more than 2000 m2

The main idea of additional education is that it should not form anything by force; on the contrary, it creates conditions for including the child in natural activities, creates a nutrient environment for his development and upbringing. Students learn such areas of additional education as spiritual, moral and social, general intellectual, sports and health, general cultural. This is the demand for the construction of schools of creativity.

The first thing you need to draw up a project is the Architectural and Construction Part, in which I indicated a space-planning solution for the school building:

The designed building is two-storey, with a basement and a technical floor. The basement is 2.7 m high, the height of the technical floor is 1.7 m. On the ground floor there is an entrance node with a wardrobe and a vestibule, a hall for 200 seats with a stage, a coffee shop, staff quarters, a game room, study rooms and a medical office.

On the second floor there is a library, a book storage, a rehearsal room, administration offices, staff rooms and study rooms.

The following constructive decisions were made:

For the foundation, I chose prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, for the basement and basement walls - foundation blocks. Structurally, the strip foundation consists of concrete blocks laid on a cushion of non-porous material, which reduces the magnitude and unevenness of the movements of the foundation. Coarse sand is used as a material for the pillow device. Cushion thickness 20 cm.
