The works shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts for safe performance of works. Each previous manufacturing operation shall not be a hazard to subsequent operations. All workers must be provided with special clothing, special shoes and other means of individual protection. It is allowed to use hydraulic hammer from elevation 3,000 to 0.000.

Disassembly of plates is performed in the following sequence:

Seams between slabs are cleaned from mortar and holes are punched in slabs and between slabs (to pass slings SKK2.0 around longitudinal ribs of slab during slinging). To clear the seams and punch the holes, use electric perforators, hammer, teeth, brushes. The debris from clearing the seams is loaded with shovels in the tows and the crane drops down, or dumped along a vertical trough. From the hoist, using gas, the welded joints are cut between the embedded parts of the dismantled coating plate. Sling of the slab is performed in accordance with the sling diagram (refer to JI Job Instruction for loading and unloading works in construction TK100299864.203-2014). Universal slings are passed around longitudinal ribs of the slab through punched holes in the slabs and seams between the slabs, then one end of the sling is passed through the second loop of the sling, tightened by a jaw and dressed on a four-branch sling of the crane. KS35714K2 g/p.16t crane moves the plate towards the storage site. The dismantled plate is received at the storage site and stacked on wooden linings. Then plate is disassembled. Holes in flanges of ribbed plates of coating should be made in place with preliminary boring along the contour, without breaking bearing ribs of plates.

Dismantling of tailoring beams 11.58 using LDCs-1

Dismantling of adjustment beams is carried out in constrained conditions using NRS1 (non-explosive expanding mixture) TU 57440011165783212.

For dismantling performance (see a graphic part of the present of the Party of Pensioners of Russia) it is necessary to establish the supporting shtepelny towers of a timbering of the MODOSTR system according to the scheme on sheets of 1-4 t of TTK on concreting of designs of trabeations 250 mm thick with application of a timbering like TTK1000294343232014 "MODOSTR", to establish the woods according to shopping mall on installation of the construction woods of shopping mall 100289293.10652018 .

Use the hoist to install the safety rope behind the upper girder belt, test the installed rope in accordance with sheet 2.

Perform installation of the garbage duct in accordance with the instruction, refer to the appendix to the WP. Install the fragment collection container.

Ground scaffolding and plug support towers.

Fix with wire 6 mm (in three strands) the scaffolding and support towers to the columns and lower belt of the truss (see sheet 4).

Install the fences to the "Deck" of the support towers, refer to sheet 3.

To avoid overturning of the railway beam, after it is released from the concrete and access to the unit on sheet (5), divide the beam using a steel rope behind the hinges to units of FBS24.5.6 type, refer to sheet (1).

With the help of screw jacks, raise support towers with flooring to rest to the bottom of the beam. Use power tool to release embedded part (chair) from concrete, refer to sheet 5. The contractor's geodetic service shall provide control over the spatial position of the frame elements.

After cutting the embedded part, it is necessary to determine the location of the reinforcement in the railway beam using the PROFOSCOPE detector device. Electropreforators without impact method shall make the device of holes for further filling of HPS1 mixture in accordance with instruction and sheet 5.

Concrete destruction occurs depending on the temperature of the object and its characteristics in the range from 12 to 20 hours. The higher the tensile strength, the longer the crack formation time. Increasing the temperature of the object helps to accelerate the formation of cracks. The distance between the spools shall be 200... 250 mm. The main characteristics of the object to be destroyed, which are taken into account in the development of the drilling scheme, are: the ultimate rupture strength of the object material and the parameters of its reinforcement. Moreover, the number of holes will be less, the larger the dimensions of the parts (blocks) formed during the destruction of the object, namely: for manual disassembly, the lumpy of the destroyed object should be less than for disassembly using mechanisms. Reducing the distance between the spools accelerates the process of destroying the object, but causes an increased powder consumption. In all cases, the distance from the holes to the open surface shall not exceed the distance between the holes. Holes are filled with working mixture to the mouth. After filling with the working mixture, it is necessary to protect the mouths of the holes from the action of water (for example, in rain) and shield from direct heating by sunlight. It is recommended to pour water on the object after the appearance of even hair cracks. Spraying water onto the surface of the object to be destroyed in the zone of crack formation (wetting of the zone) helps to increase their width. Drilling of holes in the object is carried out using perforators, machines with diamond ring drills can be used. The working tool of the perforator are crowns of various types: chisel plate efficiency, cross plate KKP, chisel pin KDSh, three-first pin KTSh, etc., as per GOST 17196

The reinforcement shall be cut in accordance with the TTK for metal rolling TTK100289293.037-2010 using an elongated cutter from the gas cutter cover, see sheet 5. Dump the obtained fragments into the garbage duct fixed on the forests, see sheet 2-3. Refer to the Appendix to the PPR for guidance on application of NRS1.
