Project for improving the current car repair post with the development of technology for repairing the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine

The topic of the diploma project is a project to improve the current car repair post with the development of a cylinder head repair technology.

The following tasks were solved during the diploma project:

In the calculation and technological section, the production program for maintenance and repair of rolling stock was calculated; labor intensity and number of workers in the current car repair section were calculated;

In the organizational part, the method of organizing production was adopted and substantiated; a technological process was developed in the current car repair section; the operating mode of the production units of the motor transport enterprise was adopted; technological equipment was selected, the area was calculated; a method for performing work in the current car repair section was adopted and substantiated;

Cylinder head repair was carried out with the development of a device for repair.

The diploma project was developed based on the regulatory requirements for the design of production units of the motor transport enterprise and complies with them.

The designed section complies with the technical conditions and requirements. All technological equipment is located in accordance with the technological process diagram, the use of equipment allows to increase labor productivity, improves the conditions for performing work and allows to reduce the downtime of the car in the TR.
