Description
Production Master Process Data. As a rule, production shops in most cases are designed for light, medium and heavy production and are intended for mass, serial and individual production. Production departments and sections of production shops are designed to arrange technological equipment and workplaces necessary for processing parts, and in some cases for assembly of product units. Internal transportation of cargo is performed by suspended crane-beams with lifting capacity of 3 t. For ease of maintenance of the process, 4.8m-wide driveways are provided. In the production building, a mechanical, automatic, stamping, galvanic workshop, a thermal workshop, a section of plastics, a ventilation chamber and household premises are blocked. The main technological operations in the workshop occur without significant release of heat, dust, smoke, soot and harmful gases, with the exception of thermal and electroplating compartments. The company is provided with centralized heat supply, water supply, industrial and storm sewage, electricity supply. All main production rooms have natural lighting with illumination in depth. The building is heated.

2. Basic production process data
As a rule, production shops in most cases are designed for light, medium and heavy production and are intended for mass, serial and individual production. Production departments and sections of production shops are designed to arrange technological equipment and workplaces necessary for processing parts, and in some cases for assembly of product units.
Internal transportation of cargo is performed by suspended crane-beams with lifting capacity of 3 t. For ease of maintenance of the process, 4.8m-wide driveways are provided.
In the production building, a mechanical, automatic, stamping, galvanic workshop, a thermal workshop, a section of plastics, a ventilation chamber and household premises are blocked.

3. Wind rose
It was decided to build an industrial building in Kazan. Based on the data of the built wind rose, thermal and galvanic workshops need to be located in the south-west direction, since harmful emissions are present in these workshops.
4. Master Plan
The master plan scheme provides for a production building, warehouses, an administrative building, a passage and checkpoints.
The following zones can be distinguished in the territory:
Prezavodskaya (in this zone passages and entrances for workers and transport are solved, and it also includes a passage building);
Area of production facilities;
Utility area.
Freight and human flows are divided to ensure the safety of workers and the active functioning of transport links.
Sidewalks and a platform are provided for the movement of workers. The width of the roads is accepted 4.8 m. The distance between the buildings is taken to be 12 m. Access to all sides of the production building is provided by lawns and additional asphalt pavement .
Improvement of the territory: the company creates favorable conditions for the work and rest of workers.

Volume planning solution of the workshop
The accepted space planning decision of the workshop is due to
production and technological scheme and meets the requirements of unification of structural elements. The production building is 2 rectangles with a plan size of 144m x 24m consisting of one span of 24m, and the 18x48m building is also perpendicular. The pitch of the columns is 6m. The height of the floor is 7.2 m. The building accepts zero binding of the walls to the laying axes.
6. Structural solution of the production building
6.1. Columns.
Reinforced concrete columns of rectangular section are accepted in all spans. Plan dimensions 400x800 mm.
Columns are rigidly embedded in foundations. The pitch of the columns is 6 m. Scaffolding columns are designed to perceive the wind load and the weight of the wall filling.
6.2. Coating.
Reinforced concrete raceless trusses are used as load-bearing structures. Trusses are attached to columns by anchor bolts and welding of support sheets. Precast reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with a height of 300 mm, dimensions of 3000x6000 mm, blind and with a hole for a deflector GOST 22701177 are accepted.
6.3. Foundations.
Prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations with cup-type sub-columns are provided for the main columns.
Foundation for columns in places of temperature and deformation joints is provided as monolithic and serves to support two columns. At the intersection of temperature and deformation joints, the foundation is provided monolithic for supporting four columns.
The top of the foundations is located at elevation -0.150 m, which makes it possible to install the frame elements after the end of the zero cycle work.
The walls are supported by foundation beams laid along the foundations through supporting reinforced concrete columns.
6.4. Walls.
The walls are designed according to the self-supporting scheme, brick, 380 mm thick.
6.5. Drainage from the coating.
Internal drainage from the coating is provided, as it is the most reliable way to remove water from the roofs. The internal drainage system consists of water intake funnels, drain pipes, underground pipelines risers and discharges to storm sewers.
6.6. Windows and lights.
Lighting is accepted in the workshop through window openings in external walls. Glazing is accepted as single with a height of 5.4 m and a width of 3 m.

6.7. Floors.
The main floor in the workshop adopted a concrete floor with a thickness of 50 mm (250 grade concrete) on a concrete underlying layer with a thickness of 150 mm (150 grade concrete). A 5 mm thick adhesive waterproofing is provided between the floor covering and the underlying layer.
6.8. Partitions.
Separation partitions are provided in the workshop. Dividing partitions completely separate galvanic and thermal separation from other rooms. Partitions in the painting compartment are made of brick (250 mm). The partitions are plastered.
6.9. Gates and doors.
In the outer walls for the passage of road transport, swing gates measuring 4.8x5.4m are provided. Frame and lining of webs is made of bent profiles, and webs are made of shaped sheets with insulation.
Separate doors measuring 1200x2000 mm are provided for people.
6.10. Communications.
To increase stability of single-storey buildings in longitudinal direction, system of vertical connections between columns of frame and in coating is provided. The links are adopted by the cross. Vertical links are installed in the cover.
6.11. Deformation joints.
A transverse deformation seam is provided in the building. They prevent the formation of cracks of structural elements caused by fluctuations in the temperature of external and internal air.
Seam is made on two columns and one axis. The axes of the columns have a reference to the layout axis of 500 mm.
