Description
The preliminary dough mixer runs from the motor through a worm gearbox, inside the machine rotates a shaft with blades and scraping knives. At the bottom of the trough is a gate for overloading the dough into the dough mixer final. On the lid of the preliminary dough mixer, estrus is installed to evenly distribute water along the entire length of the trough.
