Introduction

The building codes and regulations define the main composition and content of the work execution project, which includes:

- construction plot plan with indication of the boundaries of the construction site and types of its fences, operating and temporary underground, ground and air networks and communications, permanent and temporary roads, vehicle traffic patterns and mechanisms, places of installation of construction and lifting machines, their communication routes and areas of operation, location of permanent, under construction and temporary buildings and structures, locations of geodetic survey signs of main hazardous areas, paths and lifting facilities operating on tiers (floors), as well as passages to buildings and structures, placement of sources and means of power supply and lighting of the construction site, location of grounding circuits, locations of devices for the location of construction debris, sites and rooms for storing materials and structures, sites for the preliminary assembly of structures, the location of rooms for sanitary services of builders, drinking plants and recreation places, as well as areas for performing high-risk work;

routines (diagrams) for performance of certain types of works with inclusion of schemes of operational quality control, description of methods of works execution, indication of labor costs and demand for materials, machines, equipment, accessories and means of protection of workers;

decisions on geodetic works performance, including diagrams of signs placement for geodetic constructions and measurements, as well as instructions on required accuracy of geodetic control of construction and installation works performance;

Work schedule for the facility;

solutions for laying temporary networks of water, heat and power supply and lighting of the construction site and workplaces with the development, if necessary, of working drawings for supply of networks from power sources;

lists of process equipment and installation equipment, as well as cargo slinging diagrams;

safety solutions: the range of devices, devices and means of individual and collective protection of workers and the need for them; means of lighting the construction site, workplaces, passageways, driveways; temporary enclosures preventing the risk of falling from a height; places and methods of attachment of safety ropes and safety belts; scavenging means; ways and means of raising workers to jobs; procedure and methods of storage of products, materials and equipment; coverage areas of lifting cranes, arrangement of overhead power transmission lines; sites for storage of explosive and combustible materials. It is necessary to indicate hazardous and harmful production factors that may arise during the performance of specific works and provide for means of protection for workers.

Brief description of the design solution

The building is brick. Bearing structures and structures providing spatial rigidity and stability of the building are transverse longitudinal walls, walls of staircases and slab discs.

External walls - multi-blade brick of plastic pressing γ = 1450 kg/m3.

Variant - full-white brick γ = 1800 kg/m3.

Inner walls - full clay brick of plastic pressing γ = 1800 kg/m3.

Foundations - tape, monolithic.

Jumpers - prefabricated reinforced concrete.

Partitions - gypsum concrete.

Floors - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels.

The roof is a flat, 4-layer rub of ruberoid with a protective layer of gravel.

Floors - parquet, polyvinyl chloride, ceramic, concrete.

Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete. External - metal.

Substantiation of Work Execution Decisions

The construction site is equipped with temporary electro and water supply and lighting in the dark.

Materials are delivered to the construction site by road for a distance of up to 30 km. The start of construction - May 2. The main construction is carried out in the autumn-summer period. Preparation of the construction site for construction is carried out within 24 days .

Delivery of prefabricated railway products is carried out by vehicles with semi-trailers.

All products are laid in the semitrailer body on wooden gaskets with a section of 100 × 100 mm. and 220 mm long. Gaskets shall be located in places where slinging loops are located. When storing products in stacks, the lower row of gaskets is laid on a leveled horizontal base. Gaskets of all overlying rows shall be placed strictly one above the other.

The delivery of the facility is carried out on the basis of a letter of the State Committee of the Russian Federation on Architecture and Construction dated July 9, 1993 No. BE1911/13 "On the Temporary Position on the Acceptance of Completed Construction Facilities.

Installation works

All installation works shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.03.0187 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures."

The acquired storage location shall contain stock of material for one week of uninterrupted operation.

Before lifting each mounting element, it is necessary to check the compliance with its design grade ;

condition of embedded articles and installation hairlines ,

absence of dirt, snow, ice, damage to finishing, priming and painting;

availability of necessary connecting parts and auxiliary materials at the workplace;

correctness and reliability of load-gripping devices attachment;

equip according to WP with scavenging facilities, stairs and fences. The structures should be lifted in two steps: first to a height of 20-30 cm, then, after checking the reliability of the sling, perform further lifting.

During installation of mounting elements, the following shall be provided :

stability and stability of their position at all stages of installation; safety of works;

accuracy of their position by means of permanent geodetic control;

strength of mounting joints.

Roofing works

All construction and installation works shall be completed prior to the roofing. The steam insulation used is an additional layer of ruberoid laid on a cleaned and dried base.

Bases for waterproofing carpet are made of materials provided by the design. The base can be a brace made of cement sand mortar.

Before sticking the roll carpet, the base must be primed with cold priming composition.

Finishing works

The internal surfaces of the premises are plastered with cement sand solutions.

Plastering is done manually. The workplace is equipped with inventory scaffolds, ladders. When plastering, the humidity of brick and stone walls should not exceed 8%, and the temperature should be at least + 10 0С.

Before the start of painting work, the premises should be exempt from garbage, dirt, thoroughly washed, window bindings glazed, and all raw places of plaster dried.

It is possible to paint the surfaces after their preliminary preparation, and the humidity of the plaster should not exceed 8%.

Surface treatment for water colors consists of cutting, partial cracking, trellising and grinding.

Glass works

Window bindings shall be pre-patched and painted once. Glazing of external window blocks must be performed before the start of finishing work.

Window glass cutting, and preparation of castings are carried out in centralized glass workshops. Glasses in bindings are reinforced with staples.

Floor arrangement

Concrete floors are made of concrete mix.

After solidification of concrete, the floor surface must be ground and fluated - impregnated with aqueous solution of silicofluoric acid

Ceramic tiles are laid on a brace made of cement sand mortar. Before starting work, it is necessary to prepare the base: eliminate depressions, potholes and bulges. After leveling the surface of the base, dust and debris are removed from it.

Beacons and stamps indicating the specified level of clean floor are set to ensure horizontal level of floor and specified elevation.

Before linoleum is laid, cement-sand bracing is performed, and its surface is ground, and then primed with bitumen primers not later than a day before the sticker. Cutting maps must be drawn up before work can begin.

After the linoleum sticker, plinths are attached around the perimeter of the room. When bloats or bubbles appear during the sticker process, they are pierced with a seam, air is released, and then a load is laid in this place.
