Public Building Production Project - Driving School with Garage

The work includes - Work Execution Scheme, Work Schedule, Calendar Plan, Construction General Plan.

In the course project, fragments of the PPR for the construction of a public building of a driving school with a garage in the city of Oryol were made.

The technological map covers the performance  of the following types of work:

• masonry of external walls of medium complexity with a thickness of  510 mm;
• brickwork of internal walls;
• laying of unreinforced partitions with a thickness of 1/2 brick;
• laying of lintels;
• laying floor slabs with support on two sides.
• Installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements of stairs, floor slabs and canopy with related works

A comprehensive team of 21 people was hired to carry out the work . 

The work is planned in two shifts.

For the performance of work, the crane KS-55717A was adopted.

1. Area of the construction master plan –  2723.94 m2;  

2. Area of temporary roads – 366.73 m2;

3. Storage area – 105.65 m2;

4. Length of temporary fences – 180 linear meters;

5. Temporary rear area – 79.32 m2;

6. Length of temporary networks:

   – above-ground power lines – 153.25 linear meters;

   – water supply – 162.32 linear meters.
