Description

The explanatory note contains 10 chapters. The first chapter presents the natural and climatic characteristics of the Republic of Buryatia. The second chapter considers the requirements for applied road construction materials. In the third chapter, two versions of road clothing designs were calculated. In the fourth chapter, the scope and types of work were determined, the necessary detachments were selected. In the fifth chapter, a technological diagram was developed, technical and economic indicators were calculated, and the squad's demand for fuel and lubricants was calculated. In the sixth chapter, the energy characteristics of the detachment were calculated. In the seventh chapter, the presence of defects in the roadway, roadsides, slopes, drainage strip and culverts was considered, types of work were assigned to eliminate these defects. The eighth chapter contains measures on labor and environmental protection. In the ninth chapter, the estimated documentation for the pavement was calculated. The tenth chapter contains metrology and standardization. The project established the cost of building a highway, taking into account the use of local construction materials and linking unit prices to local conditions. The cost of one kilometer of the highway is 8300.30 thousand rubles (in 2014 prices).

Project of works, natural-climatic conditions of the district, road-building materials, road clothing, asphalt concrete, gravel-sand mixture, local estimate.

The individual part of the project has been calculated

Road construction materials

During the overhaul of the UlanUdeTarbagatayKlyuchi automobile, the delivery of basic construction materials will be carried out:

- porous coarse asphalt concrete mixture, highly porous coarse asphalt concrete mixture - ABZ "Ikatplus";

-dense fine-grained mixture - ABZ "Ikatplus";

- rubble (fr. 015, fr. 2040, fr. 40-70) - quarry "Nikolaev";

-Gravia-sand mixture - LLC Holding;

-bitumen (BND 90/130) - Ulan-Ude.

Asphalt concrete mixture - a radically selected mixture of mineral materials (crushed stone, gravel, sand with or without mineral powder) with bitumen taken in certain ratios in the heated state GOST 9128 [4].

Crushed stone is a stone material obtained by crushing rocks. Crushed stone must have a shape close to the tetrahedron or cube. The mass fraction in crushed stone of grains of weak and weathered rocks should be no more than 15%; plate-shaped and needle-shaped grains not more than 35%; the amount of dust and clay particles shall not exceed 0.25%. Crushed stone must meet the requirements of GOST 826793 [5].

Bitumen is an organic binder obtained from the processing of various types of oil. Bitumen is a mixture of carbons and their non-metallic derivatives, mainly oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen, completely soluble in carbon disulfide and benzene. Bitumen shall comply with GOST 2224590 [10] requirements.

Mineral powder is a polydispersed finely divided material on its total surface making about 90% of the surface of all mineral components of asphalt concrete. Mineral powder for asphalt concrete mixtures is prepared from limestones and dolomites of at least 200 grade, as well as from limestone and dolomite asphalt rocks and basic metallurgical slag materials. Mineral powder shall meet the requirements of GOST 521292003 [9].
