PPR Overhaul of a residential building

The project for the production of works for the overhaul of a residential building.

The design solution provides for the overhaul of the following building structures:

- roofing: change of roll coating with related work, screed repair 40%;

- replacement of drainage funnels;

- dismantling of parapet slabs, installation of galvanized parapet coverings;

- dismantling of wooden structures of access to the roof;

- device of access to the roof of bricks;

- insulation of ventilation shafts;

- repair of entrance groups to the basement with the replacement of door blocks;

- replacement of basement ventilation grilles;

- repair of entrance groups to entrances;

- replacement of the blind area;

- painting of balcony slabs;

- replacement of networks: cold and hot water supply, household sewerage in the basement;

- replacement of the water meter unit of the cold water supply;

- replacement of sewer outlets;

- replacement of pipelines of the heating system in the basement with the installation of shut-off valves;

- replacement of the equipment of the heating unit;

- device of the automatic control system in the TP.
