Introduction
A power supply system is a set of electrical installations, the purpose of which is to provide consumers with electricity. Direct electrical installations are a variety of machines, apparatus and lines, as well as auxiliary equipment and facilities in which all this is installed, serving for the production, conversion, transmission and distribution of electricity. The power supply system is part of the electric farm of an organization or enterprise, while it acts as a subsystem in relation to a larger electric power system. The electric power system, also referred to simply as the electric system, is part of the electric power system and includes electric power receivers. The power system includes power plants, electrical and thermal networks, as well as connections between them - all this is connected by a common mode simply due to the continuity of the production, conversion and distribution of electricity and heat. Electrical or electrical and thermal power is produced in electrical stations, which can consist of either a single plant or a group of plants for the production of electrical power. Electrical networks are a set of electrical installations, the purpose of which is the transmission and distribution of electrical energy supplied by power plants. The network includes substations, power lines, current conductors, connection equipment, as well as control and protection tools. Substations are used for receiving, converting and distributing electricity. The transmission line, in turn, transmits and distributes electricity, or simply transmits it over a distance.
KTP company of the workshop
In our shop the transformer of the TMG12250/15U1 (HL1) series is used.
The TM series transformers are fully filled with transformer oil and require almost no maintenance for the entire service period.
The use of complete devices is the basis for the industrialization of installation work during the construction of electric stations, transformer substations, etc. In the current realities, newly constructed workshop substations are most often made complete (KTP), fully manufactured at factories and mounted on the ground iron-concrete blocks. The existing enterprises have many old substations with open transformers, which were installed in chambers, on beams above ground level for free passage of cooling air from below the transformer. The complete transformer substation is designed to receive, three-phase AC power with a frequency of 50 Hz and automatically switch to backup power in case of loss of the main one, and return to power from the main sources during voltage recovery.
FTP consists of:
a) high voltage input device (HVV);
b) power transformer;
c) power transformer leads casing;
d) distributing device of low voltage (DDLV),
consisting of:
- coupling cabinet with transformer;
- operating input cabinet;
- outgoing line cabinet.
UVN cabinets are made in the form of two-way service cabinets.
For the designed FTP, the UVN is a cabinet that connects a high-voltage supply cable to a power oil transformer.
We choose the 1ShN scheme, as with power up to 250 kVA, with the lead-in automatic switch of the BA 5135 following types, dimensions 600х1000х2200 .
Cabinet 1 - introductory type 1SHN11, complete with AV types VA 5125, VA 5131. Cabinet dimensions are 600x1000x2200 .
Cabinet 2 - linear, type 1SHN815, complete AB types VA 5125, VA 5131. Cabinet dimensions are 600x1000x2200.
Diagram of JV FTC is given in "Appendix D."
