1 General data

The section of the project provides for the development of an automatic fire alarm system (AUPS) and a fire warning system (EPSS) with control elements for smoke removal systems and fire prevention devices for a multi-storey residential building with social and cultural facilities in the quarter of Republic - Minsk - Kotovsky - Kiev streets in Tyumen, the first stage of construction (hereinafter a residential building).

The working design complies with the current regulatory and technical documentation:

SP 3.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Warning system and management of people evacuation in case of fire. Fire safety requirements ";

SP 5.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Fire alarm and fire extinguishing units are automatic. Design Codes and Regulations ";

SP 6.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Electrical equipment. Fire safety requirements ";

Code of A1093 "Protective grounding and zeroing of electric equipment up to 1000B";

GOST 12.1.03081 "Electrical safety. Protective grounding, grounding. "

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic standards, fire safety rules in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.

2 Characteristics of protected premises

Fire protection with automatic fire alarm with a fire warning system is subject to the residential part of the house and separately built-in public premises located on the 1st floor.

Brief description of the object.

- multi-storey brick residential building with built-in public premises on the ground floor

- slabs of the residential building - reinforced concrete hollow slabs of the slab are reinforced concrete, walls - brick, wall partitions - brick. In built-in rooms there may be hollow partitions from non-combustible light structures.

The main type of fire load in the protected volumes of the premises of the residential building are: furniture, decoration materials, clothing, household appliances ;

for built-in rooms - furniture, electrical equipment, electronic equipment and office equipment, technological equipment.

3 Substantiation of the adopted scheme.

Description of fire protection systems

Are developed by the project for an inhabited part of the building of the AUPS and SOUE system, constructed on the basis of a multicomponent PPKiUP (control and management systems of antismoke protection automatic) the VERSASD type of production of the VERS Montazhnoproizvodstvenny enterprise VostokElektroRadioServis (Operation manual VERS.425713.006 RE, TU4371007522977212007).

The VERSASD system is the main component of the automatic smoke removal system intended for operation as part of the life support systems of buildings. The VERSASD system monitors the fires occurring in the premises and outputs signals for control of process equipment (plenum and exhaust fans, floor smoke removal valves, light and sound warning devices, elevators), as well as informs the user about violations of security loops and wires of the warning system, as well as about the onset of alarm events.

The VERSASD system has a modular design. The "VERS-ASD" system includes modules of the following types:

MOU - processing and control module;

MIR - indication and manual control module;

MTE - technical floor module;

IEM - individual floor module;

UIM - power supply module;

MMT - mnemotablo module.

All modules of the system of address type and are combined by the information bus. The modules are powered from the 24V UIM module, which in turn is supplied from the 220V network in 1 reliability category.

All the above mentioned system modules are used in the project.

For fire protection, the project has developed:

- automatic fire alarm system (AUPS);

- warning system and control of people evacuation in case of fire (EPSS).

Control elements of the fire protection process equipment of the residential building are present in the actuating modules of the deployed system.

The water fire extinguishing system is developed in the VK grade of the present set of drawings.

The project developed for built-in premises located on the 1st floor of the AUPS and EPSS system, built on the basis of the Grand Master 8 PPKOP (meth.) With the Grand Master RM4 relay module. the Grand MAGASRGSM auto-call module and the built-in AKB on 7Ach.

For the operation of the warning system, the fire warning control unit of the MSCU with the function of monitoring the status of the warning lines is used.

AUPS and EPSS in built-in rooms operate "on signal" and do not have control outputs for process devices.

The main task of the AUPS is early fire warning with the output of the "Fire" signal to the light and sound annunciators and the signal to the GSM format communication line.

Residential automatic fire alarm system

The residential building is equipped with an individual AUPS and EPSS system based on PPKiUE of the VERSASD type

For the organization of AUPS, the modules specified above are used. The system modules are connected by RS485 data bus.

The means of early detection of the fire center at the floor sites are fire smoke optoelectronic detectors IP212-50M and fire manual electrical contact detectors IPR 51310 from broadcasters, and heat detectors IP 1051 in entrance apartments.

The IEM floor modules have relay outputs for controlling the floor smoke removal valves and, via RS485 communication through the MU, generate signals for controlling the roof fans of air pressure and smoke removal with output of information to the MMT, which is installed in the electric panel.

Fire detectors IP 21250M on floor platforms are installed on the ceiling. The detector installation plan is shown in the graphic part of the project.

Manual fire detectors are installed at a height of 1.5 m above the level of the clean floor on staircase non-smokable cages.

All wiring to the end devices of the AUPS and EPSS system is made along the walls on the brackets under the plaster.

Installation of "VERS-ASD" automatic smoke protection monitoring and control system and its operation shall comply with Operation Manual VERS.425713.006 RE.

Fire Evacuation Warning and Control System (EPSS)

for housing

The fire evacuation warning and control system was adopted by the type 1 project as per SP 3.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Warning system and management of people evacuation in case of fire. Fire safety requirements" with use of sound and light annunciators of the Lighthouse 12 ZM and "Luxury" of NBO2h11 12V-01 brand.

Wiring to elements of the warning system is performed by wires in refractory insulation of KSREVng (A) FRLS grade of design sections on walls on brackets under plaster.

Power is supplied to the warning system devices from the power supply module of the MIP 24V system.

Signal for actuation and serviceability check of warning system lines is generated by IEM module.

The audible annunciators are arranged in the warning zones so as to provide the sound level of the output alarm by at least 15 Db above the permissible sound level of constant noise in the protected room according to item 4.2 of JS3. 13130.2009.

Installation of sound and light annunciators is carried out according to the location plans of the terminal devices given in the graphic part of the project.

Automatic fire alarm system

(AUPS) of built-in rooms

The built-in premises of the residential building are located on the 1st floor. Each built-in room with a separate entrance is equipped with an individual AUPS and EPSS system based on the PPKOP "Grand MASTER 8" (meth.) With the relay module Grand MASTER RM4. the Grand MASSRGSM auto-call module and the built-in battery. Development company LLC "Highway" Novosibirsk.

For the organization of AUPS, the modules specified above are used. The system modules are connected to each other directly through connectors.

Fire detector optoelectronic fire detectors IP212-91 and manual electric contact fire detectors IPR 51310 are used as a means of early detection of the fire source in built-in rooms.

The AUPS and EPSS system for built-in rooms operates only on the signal, which is transmitted in the form of a light and sound signal in the room and a GSM message to the telephone line.

Fire detectors IP 21291 in the rooms are installed on the ceiling. The detector installation plan is shown in the graphic part of the project.

Manual fire detectors are installed at a height of 1.5 m above the level of the clean floor when leaving the premises.

All wiring to the end devices of the AUPS and EPSS system is made along the walls on the brackets under the plaster.

Installation of AUPS system and its operation shall comply with Grand Master 8 Operating Manual.

Fire Evacuation Warning and Control System (EPSS)

for built-in spaces

The fire evacuation warning and control system for built-in rooms is adopted by the project of type 1 as per SP 3.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Warning system and management of people evacuation in case of fire. Fire safety requirements" with use of sound and light annunciators of the Lighthouse 12 ZM brand and light indexes "Luxury" of NBO2h11 12V-01.

Wiring to elements of the warning system is performed by wires in refractory insulation of KSREVng (A) FRLS grade of design sections on walls on brackets under plaster.

Power is supplied to the warning system devices from the PCU alert control unit.

Signal for actuation and serviceability check of warning system lines is generated by PCMS.

The audible annunciators are arranged in the warning zones so as to provide the sound level of the output alarm by at least 15 Db above the permissible sound level of constant noise in the protected room according to item 4.2 of JS3. 13130.2009.

Installation of sound and light annunciators is carried out according to the location plans of the terminal devices given in the graphic part of the project.

4 Interaction of fire protection systems with building engineering systems and equipment

The automatic fire alarm system of the AUPS of the residential part of the building during generation of the "Fire" signal when two sensors operate on the floor in automatic mode outputs control signals from the IEM module of each storey site where the fire occurred at:

- opening of the floor smoke removal valve;

- actuation of "Exit" and "Direction" floor lights on the floor site and in the unpopulated staircase.

Control signals for operation of the smoke removal and air pressure system, activation of elevators for lowering to the 1st floor, closing of the valve in the elevator machine room are output from the IEM module through the IOM and MTE (technical floor module).

The "Fire" signal is output to the telephone line to the PCP using built-in relays of the processing and control module.

The AUPS system of the built-in rooms has no control actions on the smoke removal system in the sections of the building and is autonomous for each built-in room.

5 Power Supply and Protection

According to the PUE, the fire alarm systems of the AUPS and EPSS of the residential part of the house and built-in rooms in terms of ensuring the reliability of the power supply are classified as electrical installations of the 1st category, therefore, the power supply of the system is provided from the ALT cabinet and from the backup battery power supplies of the RIP.

Power supply of the specified electric receivers of a residential building and built-in rooms in this category is made from ATS by laying cable lines of power supply with fire-resistant cables with copper WBGngFRLS conductors of the required section.

Protective PE and zero operating conductors (N) must not have disconnecting devices and fuses in the power supply circuits of AUPS and ECSS devices. Connection of protective PE and zero working conductors shall be made in standard places provided by the device design.

6 Information on organization of installation works

Lay the flue and manual fire detector loops concealed along the walls with braces attached under plaster by FRLS (2x0.5) KSREVng (A) wires.

Plumes of light and sound warning systems shall be laid hidden along the walls under plaster wire KSREVng (A) FRLS (2x0.8) (fire-resistant, not spreading combustion with reduced smoke and gas release).

Lay fire-fighting equipment and ventilation control loops open on walls on braces by EECRngFRLS wire and in cable channels of building sections. Power cables of 24V modules to be laid with BBGngFRLS cable are open in cable risers of building sections.

The equipment layout plan is presented in the graphic part of the PS design.

All necessary equipment, materials and cable products are provided by the equipment specification.

7 Safety and environmental protection

All work on laying and installation of cables and equipment shall be carried out in compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Specially trained electricians who have passed safety training and who have at least 3 TB groups, who have studied and are aware of the instructions for the installation and adjustment of the equipment used, are allowed to perform the listed works. Passing the briefing is noted in the journal. Electricians must have a serviceable tool and be provided with protective means that have passed the corresponding laboratory tests.

Equipment and materials provided for by the project do not release harmful substances into the environment.

Detailed drawings have been developed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and standards.
