Pneumatically operated vise for clamping workpieces within 25..150 mm
Clamping device - mechanisms that eliminate the possibility of vibration or displacement of the workpiece relative to the installation elements of the device under the action of pneumatic cylinders arising during processing.
When choosing a clamping device of the device, it is necessary to be guided by the following requirements:
- the clamping shall not change the specified position of the workpiece;
- the clamping force must ensure reliable fastening of the part and prevent shearing, turning and vibration of the workpiece during machining on the machine;
- clamping and detaching of the workpiece must be carried out with minimal effort and time of the worker.
- the clamping mechanism should be simple in design, compact, convenient and safe to use, have minimal overall dimensions and the number of removable parts;
- the control device shall be located on the side of the worker performing the operation.
