1. Introduction.
A set of functional, technical, architectural, economic and environmental requirements is imposed on production buildings, regardless of their purpose. The functional requirements are that the space planning solutions of buildings should provide the best conditions for organizing a given technological process in it. Technical requirements provide for the provision of sufficient characteristics of strength, stability, insulating ability, durability, fire resistance of the building as a whole, its structural elements and their structures.
Architectural and artistic requirements represent the building as an argument for urban development of an industrial district.
Environmental requirements for production processes should have a beneficial effect, and there is a constant tendency to tighten.
Economic requirements provide for the minimization of costs for the construction and operation of the building, the application of industrial construction methods, the maximum use of prefabricated elements of full urban readiness.
According to the purpose, among the various production facilities of various industries, two main types of buildings can be distinguished: to accommodate the main workshops; for auxiliary production, transport, storage, power rooms.
5. Space-planning solution.
The mechanical assembly workshop is designed for the manufacture of tractors by in-line and bench methods. The building is designed in a rectangular shape. The building has the following dimensions:
Length - 120 m.
Width - 60 m.
The elevation of the bottom of the supporting structure is + 12.6 and 14.4 m.
The value of spans is 18 m and 24 m.
Pitch of extreme row columns in longitudinal direction 6 m
Pitch of inner row columns in longitudinal direction 12 m
At the ends of the building there are half-timbered columns with a pitch of 6 m. Glazing is provided in each workshop, with spacers the lower row of glazing is 7.2m high, the upper one is 3.6m. The width of the prostheses is 3 m. The roof is slightly inclined with parapet walls and an internal drain. To provide ventilation and aeration, light-aeration lights with a width of 6 m are provided. Bridge cranes with lifting capacity of 20 t and 30 t are used as lifting and transportation equipment.
6. Constructive solution.
Production housing is made according to frame-panel scheme. The frame consists of transverse and longitudinal frames. Transverse frame is formed by columns rigidly pinched into glass-type foundation and hingedly resting on columns of girders and plates.
All elements of the workshop framework of steel structures are made according to valid catalogs and series.
1). Columns: previously strained for OPZ with bridge cranes and +12.6 and 14.4 m high and flight of 18 m are chosen on KE0149 series.
2). Scaffolding columns are selected according to the 1.427 series.
3). Rafters reinforced concrete I-beams with span of 18 and 24 m.
4). Wall panels are accepted as three-layer with insulation from semi-rigid mineral wool plates on synthetic binder
ρ=200 kg/m3 with protective layers from a keramzitobeton ρ=1400 kg/m.
Reinforced concrete beams, which rest on I-beams with a height of 1.2m, are used as covering slabs; profile with runs from channels No. 14
. The roof is slightly evasive and has the following composition: steam insulation in the form of 1 layer of ruberoid, an effective slab insulation with a thickness of 120 mm, a leveling cement brace of 30 mm, and isoplast are laid on the railway slab.
Floors in the workshop: underlying layer of concrete, sand, gravel, crushed stone; grout interlayer; cast iron plates with supporting projections.
Interior decoration: railway structures covered with lime whitewash at a height of 1.8m from the floor; steel structures are covered 2 times with paint. The floors are made of ceramic tiles, the walls are made of tiles to a height of 1.8m from the floor, the ceilings are whitened with chalk paste.
The foundations are accepted as monolithic freestanding with sole dimensions: 3.6x2.4x0.3m and 4.2x3.0x0.3m with a glass depth of 0.95 and 1.25m and a sub-column area of 2.1x1.2m.
Double-floor open gates in the series PR0536.
Spatial rigidity of the assembled mixed frame in the transverse direction is ensured by the rigidity of the columns themselves and their fixation in the foundations, as well as connection to the columns of the coating plates. In the longitudinal direction in buildings with bridge cranes, rigidity is provided by the columns themselves, pinched into the foundation, crane beams, buildings with bridge cranes, rigidity is provided
