Description
Removing pins is a significant effort if there are no special devices.
To press the pins out of the clutch cover, I suggest a pin puller.
The puller allows you to press out pins with smooth protruding ends with a diameter of 8 to 14 mm. A bushing is installed in the crosshead, which includes a power propeller. A cone is wound around its threaded end, designed to extend the upper part of the gripper, sitting on the axles in the slats. To extrude the pin from the clutch cover, the puller must be positioned so that the pin is between the grippers.
By rotating the power screw, the cone moves upwards along the thread and interacts with the grippers, which in turn crimp the pin.
