Mansard project

The project provides for: - dismantling of the existing roof structure; - installation of the attic roof; - insulation of the attic floor; - installation of the drainage system. The elements of the rafter system for the new roof are adopted from wood. Rafter legs are made of 100x175 mm bar with a pitch of 1200 mm. At the ends, the rafter legs rest on mauerlat from a 150x200 mm bar. The intermediate supports are made of 100x175 mm bars. The runs are located after 3 m and are fixed with the help of clamping bolts SB2 to the ribbed coating plates. Control screen is made of 50x50 mm bar. The screen is made of 100x44 mm boards with a spacing of 500 mm. Fire and bioprotection of rafter system elements shall be performed with OK-GFM (RB TU 190007689.001-2000) composition in 4 layers from all sides. After carrying out protective works, it is necessary to draw up a quality certificate for fire-bio-protective works. As a covering of a roof the pro-thinned-out sheets of the C-21x1000-B brand with a polymeric covering are accepted. Attachment of profiled sheets to the screen should be made with screws with self-cutting dimensions of 4.2 x 28 mm with a head for the color of the roof with a sealing gasket made of EPDM-rubber. Overlapping of shaped sheets is made in longitudinal direction by not less than 250 mm, in transverse direction - 2 waves. During installation perform thorough sealing of longitudinal and transverse joints between sheets. Along the axis "A" along the wall level, a pipe-type snow retainer SZT-h158x3000 is installed. The attic floor is insulated by mineral wool slabs PL-75 (TU BY 400051892.431-2005) 120 mm thick. The drainage system is accepted Ø180 mm from galvanized steel with polymer coating. Water intake funnels are installed after 7.5 m. The broken parapet masonry along the axis "2" is disassembled and the parapet is restored with elevation above the new roof 0.6 m. The parapet masonry is made of brick of ceramic full-white grade KRO 100/50 STB 1160-99 on cement-sand mortar.
