Description
A residential building consists of one apartment. The building is one-story with a pitched rafter attic roof, compact in plan. Building of gas silicate blocks. The apartment is divided into residential and economic zones. Entrance to the attic is through a wooden staircase located in the veranda. Sanitary and technical rooms are provided (combined bathroom on the attic, toilet on the 1st floor). Household wastewater from sanitary and technical devices is diverted to a sealed local gutter.
